"Lady Morendo... you're not allowed to visit me anymore," Sela said first before responding to the Tempest's questions.

"I can do what I want." That defiant reply brought a smile to the Seer's face, reminding her of her younger brother Seth.

"Happy... depends on your state of mind. If a murderer gets away with his latest kills, he is happy. If a charitable woman adopts an orphan, she is happy as well. What Seth saw, I'm afraid, is most likely what will happen. With a change here or there, because even the future isn't completely set in stone. The gist of it, yes, but not all. He's gifted in his own way, and over the years I'd noticed his visions are even more accurate than my own." Sela sighed and put her head on her hand, leaning on the armrest of her chair. "You will happy if you choose to be that way. Lose yourself, like we all do eventually... and you will never be content. How you hold on to your grip of sanity, though, is up to you... You're one of those people that never cease to annoy me," the Seer smiled. "You've got so many paths, so many outcomes that result, I really don't know what to tell you... Don't let go of those you hold dear to you, and don't lose your reason for existence either."

She looked at Ralin, who was trying to feel her way around to avoid bumping into anything. "Have you considered wearing a scarf over your eyes? They're rather unsettling."

Ralin made a face. "Not like I can see what's so 'unsettling' about me. Got anything to help, psychic?"

Sela sighed, twiddling her thumbs. "Not really... sorry, Ralin, you'll never get your vision back." Ralin swore and stamped her foot, plotting on how to get revenge on Rhyss.

"I did all I could. But some spirit, it entered me and is blocking my demonic regeneration somewhat. If I was home, I could have restored her sight...but now that it healed already, and the eyes are blind. Even if we tried to remove them, then regrow them again, the outcome might still result in blindness. I have had to grow my eyes back so many times..." Sovelis said, looking at the blind Twili.

''So, your not able to help me...Then I guess I will leave you to live out eternity in this world. Since I shall not age, perhaps we shall meet again further down the road. And I am content with what I have now. I have friends, and a prospect of a new love. What more could an immortal ask for?" he said, picking up Ralin and heading towards the door. "Seth misses you though. He will be waiting. And if I can manage to pass on the teachings of my Order, perhaps he will be immortal and see you again, Seer of the Twilight."

"Maybe I really was too hard on him, all those years ago... Can you imagine a Seth opposite the one on my doorstep right now? Smiling, optimistic, content with what little he would have... I wouldn't blame him if he held true to his promise and never bothered to see me again."

Morendo left first, glancing back one last time at the Seer who she had grown to admire.

"Watch yourself, my Lady. Are you sure Hyrule is what you've been looking for?"

"We'll see when I get there," Morendo replied, determination in her voice. "C'mon, Sovelis... I grew sick of this place a century ago."

Sovelis looked at Sela and smiled. "Seth aid that the rules of fate don't seem to apply to me. I guess I'll prove that by healing Ralin's eyes once I return to my home." he smiled and headed towards the door. "You may know my name, and what I am, Sela...But I am not called a Tempest for nothing. We are living storms that disrupt the flow of order. The balance of Fate is knocked aside. Reality is but a toy. I know who you are. And I will return soon. I'd like to talk with you again."

"You know where to find me." The room is noticeably growing chillier with each passing second. "And do me a favor and tell Rhyss that while some debts can never be repaid, the person you're in debt to can afford to let up a little."


"Rhyss, how long has it been?" Arrika asked.

"He's got 48 seconds until you're allowed to bust through the door," Rhyss said with a yawn.

"Mrrrow?"

"Seth, get rid of that cat!" Rhyss said, annoyed. The cat hissed at him, its ears flattening against its skull. Its thick bushy fox tail twitched across Arrika's face until she picked it up and stroked it.

"Aw, I like it. Hey Seth, ask Sovelis if we can keep it."

"Goodbye Sela. I hope you are here when next I return." Sovelis said as he headed out the door. He seemed relieved, but disappointed at what Sela had said to him. You've got so many paths, so many outcomes that result, I really don't know what to tell you... Don't let go of those you hold dear to you, and don't lose your reason for existence either Those words rang through the Tempest's noodle, making him look like he was lost in thought, or tired.

"We can go now everyone. I'm not in any mood to be here right now..." he said, handing Ralin to Morendo. Hey...what do I do to open a rift? Sovelis asked the mask spirit. And more important... What is your name?

How is my name more important then getting home? But if you insist... it's Mokkan. The mask sighed.

Doesn't that brown haired mage boy have a scythe? That will do. Focus my energy into it.

"Hey, Sovelis-" Seth said once he saw the Tempest reappear.

"-What did she say?" Rhyss interrupted, not liking the prospect of having a cat tag along after Seth, who liked to bother Rhyss often. The mage started considering getting a dog again.

"Some debts can never be repaid, the person you're in debt to can afford to let up a little" Sovelis said to Rhyss, grimacing at what Mokkan had said. I'll pass on the scythe. I've almost castrated myself once with one, and I'm not about to do it again. I'll just use my arm blade... he said to his new guest. "Okay...focus the power into the blade and cut the rift open...Sounds easy enough to me."

A rather loud *CLICK* permeated the air as the foot-long blade of other-worldly, Tempest forged steel came out of Sovelis's automail. He closed his eyes and tried to grab at the new power that was inside him, and finally got a hold of it after a few seconds. "Well, here goes nothing."

Rhyss just blinked and stared past the Tempest in a way that made you wonder if he was lost in thought over it or didn't hear anything.

The Tempest's armblade started to give off a swirling black and blue hue, Mokkan's energy massing inside it and even make it vibrate a little.The cat tilted its head to the side and meowed again, the Twili magic attracting it.

Do you see the way home? Slash! The mask said.

Yes...I see it. Thank you Mokkan. I couldn't have done it without you. Sovelis said inwardly. He raised his mechanical limb over his head and smiled at those that stood around him. "Everyone ready? We're going home." These words seemed to echo as Sovelis slashed at the air before him, and ripped a portal open right before everyone's eyes. "Ladies first. And do mind the bookcases, they tend to tip over rather easily since I filled them with so many books." he teased as he gestured for Arrika to step through first.

Arrika made a face but stepped through anyway. The rift was several feet of the ground in Hyrule, causing her to fall over into the dirt. Even though Ralin was blind she could somehow sense Hyrule a few feet away from her and dragged Morendo through with her. As Ralin could fly she didn't fall, but Seth and his cat did and landed on Arrika, who shoved him off and stood up. It was very foggy out, so thick that your range of vision was a foot all around you.

"Where are we?" Arrika said, worried. "When is it?"

"A week from that day. I think it's night- I can feel the moon," Seth said. "I think we're behind Sovelis's house..."

Rhyss came through next, wisely jumping and landing on his feet and catching Mirielle who followed him.

Sovelis looked at Morendo. "Are you not comming through Princess? I told you that I would take you to Hyrule, and here is the doorway." He grabbed her hand and pulled her close to the portal, and him. "I sense fear. And excitement, Morendo. Do you not want to leave here? To live out your last days in the land of those who scorned your ancestors?" Sovelis asked, looking right into her dark eyes. "Do you not want to learn a way for you to gain immortality like the rest of your kind?"

"To Hell with this place," Morendo said vehemently, breaking out of the Tempest's grasp and leaping down, stepping on the hellcat's tail. The cat hissed and clawed her leg until she kicked it away. Seth glared and snatched the cat up, comforting it until it started to purr in his arms.

"I'm going home," Rhyss announced, turning and walking away. "While that may have been an interesting diversion, I haven't really gained anything. Thanks for the trip though, Sovelis." He waved to Arrika, made a face at Seth and the attention he was giving the cat, and nodded to the Tempest. Mirielle scoffed and followed him into the haze of the fog. "Hope you're not going the wrong way..." She said.

"He's going to get a dog. Or some sort of tamed wolf, and chain it just outside his door," Seth said, relieved at finding his mind clearer than it was in the Twilight Realm.

Sovelis landed next to Morendo without making a sound. He straitened himself and smiled at Seth's words. "I guess we should get inside before our new guests get toasted by the sun. Right Arrika?" he asked, looking at her and grinning one of his goofy smiles at the Sheikah. "I'm surprised that we didn't end up inside like I was aiming for. I guess even with my new occupant, I still have allot to learn."

Sovelis walked towards the back door and unlocked it with a tap of his real hand. "Now, if you all will come inside, I'll fix some dinner and we can all go to bed."

Morendo and Ralin seemed unwilling to go inside, enchanted by the feeling of a gentle night's breeze and the brightness of the moon. Seth ran inside, the cat a step behind him. Ralin hovered in the air, the black particles falling off her wings looking very out of place in Hyrule. Arrika looked down at her arms- at least the freaky glowing tattoos were gone now.

"I guess that would happen to any Sheikah who stepped into the Twilight- you're born of the shadows, just like us," Morendo said, noticing the Sheikah. Her own tattoos had stopped glowing their faint red and settled into a dull black.

"Hey Ralin, how come you don't have any tattoos?" Arrika asked, as every other Twili she had seen had them covering ever inch of their skin.

"Oh, I've got plenty," she said absentmindedly, spinning in the air, and her short sleeveless dress make you wonder where the Twili's markings were.
