It is a beautiful crisp morning, and the sun is shining eagerly, ready for a new day. You notice a young Hylian sits on a stump. He does not look like an average Hylian, for his skin is not as light, his eyes aren't blue or green, and his hair is not golden like the Triforce. As a matter of fact, he has more of a bronze skin tone, with dark brown eyes and hair black as coal. The young man retains the the rather elongated and pointed ears of am average Hylian, however.

He mumbles something continously, something almost inaudible, in a trance-like state: "The first of the line is tied to a tree and the last is being eaten by the ants." Finally, he stops and says to himself "You were almost right, Melquiades. Yet you forgot about Aureliano Amador. The scriptures were incorrect. The last line lives on."

OoC: [EDIT] This will be the beginning of my storyline. This is my first try, so give me a chance.

"Morning, Aurel! Hungry?" Arrika interrupted upon Aureliano's dreamy state when she saw him with a couple of apples and fresh bread in her hands. "You want some? I've been looking for someone to share these with. After meeting you I've decided to be a little more friendly with people. They're fresh from the market stalls, or I wouldn't steal them for you otherwise." The Sheikah is feeling oddly happy today and can't stop smiling. "And who's this Melquiades you're muttering about?"

"Hello Arrika," Aureliano said with a smile "I am glad I made a difference, and....um thank you for stealing this fresh food for me." He reached out and grabbed an apple, but stopped himself:

"Just take one, even though they are stolen. If I don't, I'll insult Arrika." He continued to grab the apple and decided he was going to pay the man/woman on the market stalls later.

"Oh, Melquiades was a gypsy that wrote my all family's history. I think he was clairvoyant, or else he wouldn't have been able to. But he overlooked one thing." He said, taking a bite out of his apple. "You look cheery today. Is there anything you wish to tell me about?"

"No. Not much." Arrika watched him carefully. She could tell he probably was reluctant to eat anything she offered him and would go do something stupid like offer an apology on her behalf to the shopkeepers. Pfft. Nya, that was what made him so interesting to her. "So what'd the gypsy overlook?" She asked, sitting on the stump next to him.

The dew from the grass stuck to his boots, making the leather shiny and slick. His signature red cloak was flowing slightly in the morning breeze as the young looking mage under the hood of that bright cloak walked forward. Was it the man wanted as a traitor to the crown? If you meant to say Sovelis Magelion Li'ano Liadon, then you guessed right! "I thought I told you to ease up on the stealing Arrika... You could have just grabbed some food from the house like I told you too." he said to the shiekan girl he had followed. "If you bring unwanted attention to yourself, then someone's likely to see you around me. And if my luck is as bad as it normally is, then someone will recognize me from a wanted poster they saw somewhere."

The Tempest stood behind Arrika, and put his real hand on her right shoulder. "We'll talk about that later...and perhaps I'll start your training...." Sovelis whispered in her ear.

"Morning Sovelis." Aureliano said, taking another bite from his bright red apple. The morning sun's beams kept on shining powerfully, but it was pleasantly cool outside. "Well, one of his descendants revived me after the leaf storm. According to Melquiades, 'the first line is tied to a tree, and the last line is eaten by ants.'" Aureliano explained to Arrika. " His descendant told me Melquiades' parchment that contained my family's history was blow all the way to Hyrule during the event of the leaf storm, and I am planning to find it."

"So what have you been up to lately?" Asked Aureliano, now directing his word to Sovelis.

Arrika grinned at Sovelis. "I'll do what I want. If I got used to a regular supply of food, I'd get lazy. It's not like I can get caught anyway," she said confidently. "Good luck with finding a little piece of paper, Aurel. And do you mean like the lines of a family tree? Maybe the 'last line' is dead and being eaten by bugs and vultures as we speak," she said thoughtfully. "Why not find one of the elders from your village and ask them about your history? There's bound to be one old geezer older than Sovelis that knows."

"I take that as a compliment. I'm still pretty good looking for being in my fifties." the ever young-looking mage said, smiling at Arrika. "Oh...not much Aureliano...just trying to keep under the radar of the Royal Guards." he said, looking up at the sky. "When you blatantly yell out a plan to take and use the Triforce of Wisdom, and then assist the Hakiem Tribe...they seem to look down their noses at you..."

"The quote is to be taken literally, actually. The first line was tied to a tree, because he went insane and the last line, which was a baby named Aureliano III, was literally carried away by ants and eaten." Aurel. said in a grim tone. "Plus, everyone got wiped away by the leaf storm. No one survived except me....kinda. So Sovelis, who are the Hakiem, and why were yout trying to steal the Triforce of Wisdom?"

OoC: Are the Royal Guards after you just part of your RPG? Or actual the Royal Guards?

I'm turning this into the beginning of my event. I'll start when I invite more people to it.

"Carried away? Well that's... different," said Arrika. "And yeah, you are, aren't you, Sovelis?" She said looking at him thoughtfully for a moment. "See, Aurel, you're not the only berserker here that likes to announce what his next move is to all of Hyrule. So... pretty much everyone's dead? That could be a problem."

ooc: I wasn't quite sure how to barge right in, so here it goes.

IC: Sakiko stretched, enjoying the morning sun. She squinted her eyes as she neared a wooden stump, with three people gathered around it. The young mage walked closer, and leaned forward to hear what they were saying, with the help of a little hearing spell, but not close enough to be seen. Sakiko rubbed her lower lip thoughtfully, seeing that the conversation was getting quite interesting. She decided to walk towards the three, whom she already knew by hearing their names, and greet them.

She approached the three, and gave a small smile. After saying each of their names, she confessed,

"I overheard your conversation, and it seems very amusing. So, Aureliano, exactly how do you plan to find this parchment? Do you have any plans?"

No sooner had she finished speaking than Leth jumped down out of a random tree and said, "Hey, Aureliano. What is this "Leaf Storm?" he nodded his hello's at everyone else.

" 'Morning, Sakiko, Leth" Arrika said, yawning. "If I'd known we were having a party I would have taken more food. And was that leaf storm like a mini hurricane? But with razor sharp leaves that can slice your neck as easily as cutting an apple?" She cast a sidelong glance at the silver haired mage, guessing Sakiko was probably thinking she was being too blunt again.

Sakiko threw a mildly dirty look at Arrika. She shook her head, staring at the sky with a small sigh. What a strange analogy...slashing through a neck like slicing an apple. But then, she was used to such terms. However, she was curious. The mage had heard Aureliano talk of the leaf storm several times, but she never had the courage to really ask him what the leaf storm was, fearing that he may get offended or sorrowful.

Sakiko looked towards Aureliano, curious to hear his explanation.

"Hey Leth. Hey Sakiko." Aureliano said acknowledging his fellow adventures. He turns to Arrika. "Close, but no cigar. It was a small hurricane, and there were leaves, but none carried the characteristics you mentioned. Unless you count the thorns, which are also basically leaves. I hope that answers everyone's curiosity about the Storm." He says cheerfully. "I have no idea how to find the parchment, Saki......."

His sentence was left unfinished due to a flash of red, which was temporarily burned into the retina of the adventurers eyes. Suddenly.....

CRACK!

The sound was similar to cracking wood, only fifty times louder. The sound was accompanied by a strong stench of what appeared to be sulfur.

Excess energy of the spell taking place was tangible in the air. It crackled in the air and made your skin tingle, almost like electricity. After these few seconds, the adventurers vision returns slowly in hues of violet. In the distance, you notice a figure, but you are still not able to see who it is.

Aureliano quickly whips out his sword at the moment of the flash and stands poised, waiting. When the sound came, Aureliano flinches, but does not drop his sword. He tries to see who the figure was, but could not make him out, even thought he person was only about forty meters. He ignores the smell, and decides not to attack, due to a gut feeling telling something was unusual.

OoC: This has to be my most longest and most detailed post ever. The colors are just for visuals, because my eyes tend to wonder when I read long posts without anyhting flashy .
