After a couple of hours of walking, They come over a horizon. There, in a little crevise, Lies the tiny Ruto town. The gorons cheer, and bust into a sprint, straight for Ruto town! Tears of joy running down thier faces, and shouting for joy!

As the group of liberated Gorons and the two warrior Blank and Dogura travel to Ruto Town, one pair of eyes watches them from a hill not far away. The scales on the huge Dinalfos glint in the moonlight like thousands of beautiful emeralds, each one unique in its own way. The creature's jaw is a spectacle of might, skulls would be destroyed under it's powerful crush. Claws as sharp as razors, teeth as glorious as the Master Sword of legend. In the lizard's left hand he bore a full sized spear, in the other a gory shield with putrid decorations : a skull of every race of Hyrule.

Blank is the first to notice torchlight on the summits. Gazing skyward, he shouts out as the Dinalfos lands but ten feet from the weary travellers. the slave line instantly halts, and the Gorons begin to weep uproariously, as if they were having some sort of nightmare.

Finally caught up to you, boys. Just what the <i>hell</i> do you think you're doing with my employees.

Blank instantly realizes what the beast means, and wonders if Dogura had caught on as quickly. He decides to banter a while to find out just what was going on.

Who are you? What business do you have calling these people your "employees." An employee is a worker for hire, these Gorons were slaves. You.... the slave master, what is your name?

The Dinalfos spits an disgusting green substance in front of Blank, before snarling and responding. Laughing, he seems to mock the warriors.

Didn't think you'd killed the leader back in those locales, did you? Tsk, tsk, what kind of adventurer...... I am the Master of Slaves, Dredge Scaletooth. These are my slaves. I own them. I demand you return them to me for a painless death. For your rebellion against my generals will not go unnoticed.

Blank looks to Dogura, and speaks slowly and quietly to his comrade.

He's a warlord, Dogura.... don't try anything, he's probably got us surrounded.....

OOC : A villain! Hooray! You can play his role in your next post if necessary, but afterwards he'll by one of my NPCs. So don't kill 'im XD

Dogura looks around anxiously, seeing if they really were surrounded. He turned and whispered to Blank. All seems clear, but don't drop your guard! Dredge began to speak in his raspy voise once again... give them back right this instant, or i will be forced to kill you... One of the gorons slowly walked up behind Dogura. should weee attaaaaack? Dogura whispers back, No! stay put. He then turns to Blank. Listen up! Ill get his atention. You! take the Gorons to town this instant! Thats an order! I can manage myself, dont you worry.

Judging by the fierce tone in Dogura's voice, Blank knows it would be impossible to change the man's mind. As much as he hated to turn tail and fly, he favoured Dogura's request and snuck away. Of course, Dredge could easily see him in the combination of moonlight and torchlight, but for some reason made no move to reclaim his slaves. When Blank was unseen, the warlord spoke to Dogura.

Vagabond, I have no wish to fight you. As it is, I'm already wanted for murders. You would do well to follow your friend. See that peaktop up there? He points North. That is where I have stationed archers to pick each and every one of you off one by one. I have since changed my mind. Killing you two slowly would be much more satsifactory. Now begone, be thankful I have spared you for now. Remember my name, samurai, for it shall haunt you when you expect it least.

The beast turned East and began to walk away.

We may meet again someday. I'd be prepared if I were you. It could and will be your last encounter in Hyrule.

Dogura stood there in the moonlight, sword gleaming... He got so lost in thought, that lost track of time... i'd better catch up to Blank now, and deliver the news..
with that, Dogura walked away, and dissapeared into the night...

Dredge watched Dogura from a distance. He sensed great emotional disturbance in the man. The other man, the nomad, would also be easily manipulated. Dredge cackled aloud and sent shivers up his archers' spines.

Someday, vagabond and grunt, our paths will cross again. And when they do.....

Dredge obliterated a passing soldier from his ranks to express his statement. His cruelty gave him confidence. He stood on the peak, watching, and plotting. Always plotting.
