Many demons are cluttering the lake. They each dive into the water, and through a small hole at the bottom. Then, Hiron flies down, lands on the surface, and puts Hiree to sleep with a spell. The Dark Shard around his neck (which he aquired from Evil King Damian) flares, then puts an aura around Hiree. He jumps into the lake. Hiro arrives upon Wildheart. He tries to jump into the lake. He is stopped by Laru Naada. "Get away! I gotta save her!" Hiro screams frantically trying to get past.
"You won't be doing much saving if you die in there."
"What?"
"You forget that I need to purify the water first."
"Well do it then!"
"Okay fine:
Rayqua liqui hell,
Hirochi, Laru, Keyru, Blank,
Lez parr nessa."
The black water suddenly becomes crystal-clear. Laru jumps in.
"This won't last long, so let's hope Alpha and Blank get here in time. Oh, yes, no one else can get in."
"Good!" Hiro jumps in, then swims through the hole. "Oh! I almost forgot." Hiro whips out his flute and plays The Note That Echoes For Eternity. Hiro swims through the bottom and through the hole, but not before writing a note:

After having lost Hiron to the clouds, Alpha heads straight for the lake. He quickly dismounts and finds Hiro's note. "Okay, 'Alfa'?...I'm going to have to have a talk with Hiro about writing my name correctly..." He skims the remainder of the message. "So Laru cast a spell? Good." Alpha takes a deep breath and dives into the lake.

THE UNDERWORLD
You are in a giant cavern. There is an exit to the north. The passage from there turns west, to an underworld entrance. There is a waterfall that flows backwards behind you. There is a shallow pool under that. An ornate table is in the center of the room. Hiron is there. "Ha ha ha. I have you now. Hiree, sister of my weaker self, you will complete the ritual!" He says, with pure evil in his voice. Hiro emerges from the darkness, but only a slight bit. He beckons to you.
"There he is! That monster! Attacking my sister. I need to find out his plan. For all we know, us saving her could be part of the spell!"
"Now, you will be killed, and with your blood, I will be able to absorb Damian! I just hope anyone that wants to see him falls for my Mirage..."
"What should we do? And where the hell is Blank? If he doesn't show, I don't doubt he'll be here eventually..."

I'm here, Hiro. Hell of a note. Took me a few minutes to grasp. But that's behind us right now.

Blank materializes from the shadows to see Hiron, Hiree and Hiro, all together. He decides it's too precious a moment to be left uncommented.

What a great big happy family... jeez, you guys should get some counselling. So what's going down? Rituals piss me off. Let's stop him.

Alpha runs over to where Hiro stands. "Okay," he whispers, "exactly what is he talking about? Absorbing Damian? How is that possible?"

"He's probably going to absorb his body using his spell. He needs the blood of royalty to do so, but it can't be Damian's because he's not true royalty. So, the princess of Incinera will do. I think he wants to absorb him because Damian has hidden power. And Blank! What the hell are you doing? Get back here before he sees you!"

Oh come now, he can't see me. I'm barely out of the darkness. Anyway, this is definitely bad. What are we supposed to do, Hiro?

Blank is thinking that running in and attacking Hiron would be foolhardy. He decides to follow Hiro's intentions, as they would definitely be best suited for the operation.

OOC: Look! My earliest post yet!!!
IC: "We need to distract him. Blank, your mouth can handle that. Alpha, while he's distracted, form some stalagtites on the ceiling. I'll take Hiree, and you disloge your wepos of doom. Then, I'll hit him with all i got..."

Affirmative. My mouth? Jeez... Thanks. Alright, here goes nothing.

Blank dashes to the other side of the room, running in full circles around the room while he yells loudly.

Hiron's ugly! Hiron's fruity! Hiron lures small children to his Stock Pot Inn room! Hiron is incompetent! Hiron sucks!

Each new statement is slightly odder than the last.

Alpha manages to keep himself from bursting out with laughter at Blank's...odd...statements, and dives as far back into the shadows as he possibly can. With a mixture of both Shadowmeld and his own pitch black clothing concealing him, he touches the shard at his neck, causing it to give off a bright green glow...one that is successfully covered up by his cape. The Sheikah raises his hand, forms a fist, and then slowly drags it downward, as if he were pulling something.

Above Hiron, slowly but surely the ceiling transforms into a large swarm of loosely hanging stalactites, ready to be pulled down upon the shadow at any second.

"What the hell? Who is this guy?" Hiron says. He fires a couple of fireballs, narrowly missing Blank. He continues firing. "I'm incompetent, am I?"

Hiro jumps into the air, hovering in a ball of flame. While Hiron is still distracted, Hiro uses another fireball (a blue one as to not burn her) to lift her in the air. "Now, Alpha! And Blank! He's ugly? He's my clone!!!" Hiron turns around, and fires at Hiro. He easily avoids the blast. "Is that all you got?"

In one swift movement, Alpha swings his hand downward. Above Hiron, almost one hundred stalactites suddenly loose their grip on the ceiling and come raining down on the clone.

Hiron screms in pain after the deadly earth knives rain down upon him. Hiro drops Hiree in front of Alpha, then builds energy. Blue and white flames gather aound him.
"Chaos Inferno!!!"
The blast flies toward Hiron, and destroys him. "Now... I know... I was wrong... Forgive me Hiro!" Hiron screams with his last breath. But it's not over. The battalion of demons hear their master's screams and surround the heroes. But when all was almost lost, Hiro's note is finally heard. All of the Red Crusaders and Aqualok rush in. They attack the demons. A full scale war is at hand. Hiro floats up, then fires many waves of fire. "Now would be a good time for that Shard to find an owner! Alpha! Gaia force!" Hiro says over the fray.

'Gaia Force? What's tha - oh, he must mean my Shard's specialty...I thought he said it was called Gaia Rage. Huh; oh well.' Alpha leaps away from all the fighting and slowly focuses all his thoughts on the jewel hanging from his neck. "Gaia Force!!!"

He waits...and waits...and waits. But nothing happens. A wave of nervousness flies through his body, but Alpha quickly forces himself to calm down. "Okay then, Gaia Rage!!!"

Cold fear covers him as, again, nothing happens.

His mind races as he struggles to find some sort of explanation. 'What's going on? Was the jewel damaged...?' He quickly checks it, and is not surprised to see such a magic filled item unscathed. 'Perhaps it used up too much of its power already. Let's see...' Alpha focus on the ground beneath him, and with almost no effort a pillar of stone rises up from the ground. 'Not that. Well, then what could it-'

Realization strikes him. 'It's me. My element does not lie with Earth in the end; like I told Hiro earlier, my powers are with Thunder. Lightning and Earth do not mix well. I may be able to use the powers of Earth passively, but when it comes to its true strength, I am blocked off from it...

Yet even as these fearful thoughts threaten his conviction, it is renewed by his firm resolve to fight against evil, to ensure that Hyrule stays safe...to defeat anyone or anything that, at any point in time, might have served Him. And so his thoughts return to the battle. 'I may not be able to use the true power of Earth...but that doesn't mean I can't fight.' And with that, Alpha leaps into the fray, staff twirling against the dark creatures.

Blank has stopepd running and yelling, you just can't insult a dead man. It just doesn't have that same effect as it does when the target is alive. A real shame.

Thrusting here, slashing there, parrying and jabbing in all directions, Blank's blade becomes a cyclone of steel (and perhaps blood, he wasn't about to check if the demon's bled). He disregards the piercing screams of the demons as he slays them. Or at least, he thinks he's killing them. He could just be seperating a make believe torso from a make believe head. Whatever the case was with fighting demons, he doesn't stop to let the enemies attack. He continues striking, waiting for Hiro or Alpha to defeat the rest with their "Specials."
