Sitting within an empty lot on the outskirts of Parapa Village are five Gorons, idling about as they wait for something, or someone. Seeing you approach, one of the Gorons stands. His rock hard skin is a dark brown color, slightly darker than most Gorons, and his strength is obvious by his muscles, also slightly larger than most Gorons.
But his tone is friendly enough. "Grrreetings, fellow trrravelerrrs," he says. "My name is Kakurrra, and I'm afrrraid that unless you have come to specifically meet with me, I must ask you to leave this area at once. As soon as supplies arrrive, we shall begin constrrruction of a new area, but until then no one is allowed here. Very sorry." He folds his muscular arms over his chest, giving you the distinct impression that he plans to enforce his order...unless you have something of value to talk with him about.

Nogare was glad when he saw Kakura. He had left the Fort Damon, and had finished burying Werlgae but the neaby tree, and had been travelling for the whole of the morning. It was obviously Midday now, by the looks of where the sun was in the sky.
I still don't remember how I know his name. I bet this is Karura, but there is something in me that tells me he knows me somehow. The son of Grayblade his curiosity, and pulls the Deku Wood from his bag, which hung loosly on his belt-loop. "Null and Vordan told me to bring this to you, sir. I take you are Kakura. Here you go." he said with a smile, and handed the Goron the bundle.

Upon hearing the names of his associates, Kakura's mood noticably brightens. A wide Goron grin covers his face as he says, "Ah, so you'rrre one of the people Vorrrdan rrrecrrruited? Thank you verrry much." He takes the bundle of wood and tosses it to the other Gorons, who immediately begin discussing something else. Kakura turns back to the adventurer and holds out a bag. "And herrre is yourrr payment: a good twenty-five rrrupees! Thank you, good sirrr, forrr yourrr help. Hopefully we shall soon be making the firrrst of many trrravels as a carrravan out to this village!"
Kakura bows to Nogare, and his voice becomes more serious. "Make surrre to check up with Vorrrdan and Null in a little while, so you may help prrrotect the firrrst of the carrravans! No telling what kind of trrrouble they'll have to go thrrrough..." He turns away and walks back to his fellows, awaiting the next adventurer who has come to help.

Then, Nogare's head flashs back to what his father had told him, about a year ago...
Greyblade: Son, A long time ago, I was travelling through the Thicket, in search of... something..., and I was suddenly surrounded by a bunch of Zoras, hungry for my blood. I had to defend myself, but even for my skill, 100 is more than just one can handle; even if it wer the great hero... When ibegam to fight, I defeated a few, and then was sliced to the ground. I was wounded, and then I was almost helpless. But then, a Goron appeared, and then fought off a few more. More than half of them retreated, even as there was only one of him. He sheathed his longsword, and he helped me recover. His bname was Kakura, son of Daroth. Daroth was the desendant of Darunia, sage of Fire. He was the one who had killed one of the most powerful Leaders of the Zoras, and is greatly feared now; That leader was the one who had won in the Arena over three times in a row, never defeated. Now, Kakura was aiming to kill the rest of the Zoras. he is discized as a Merchant to find out information about the Zoras. If you are ever to meet him, then tell him that you are the son of Greyblade. Tell him that they have headed south into the Midoro Swamp!
Nogare: I understand, father. I will remember that...
He was disappointed that he forgot for that long of a time; He needed to tell the Goron. "Kakura! My father knows you! He is the Greyblade, son of Swiftblade. Do you remember? You and he were friends. He says that they have headed south!" He knows that Kakura is going to be glad to meet him. But quickly, he looks around; good, no Zoras. He turns back to Kakura.

Kakura looks quizzically at Nogare. "Grrreyblade? A frrriend of mine?" He looks to his fellow Gorons. "I'm afrrraid you must have me mistaken for someone else!" All the Gorons present begin laughing uncontrollably. Kakura, still chuckling, places a hand on Nogare's shoulder, drawing him closer. In a whisper he mutters, "Thank you, my frrriend. I shall put yourrr info to good use. Those Zorrra shall not escape me." Keeping up the act, he turns away and returns to his fellow Gorons, joking about how Kakura is always confused for other beings.

 I supose that is possible, but where could the real Kakura be, then? He He looked around at the other Gorons, but since they had laughed, they were likely not Kakura either... Dismayed, He nodded with a frown, and throught to himself, "He might be around here somewhere..." He began to look around the Town, in case the Goron was there. He knew that he had been in the desert for almost 2 days now, but he had to find Kakura, for a reason he did not know...
So it was that he gladly looked down at his 25 rupees, and then went back for the Castle. maybe he's there...

Seeing Nogare turn speaking to the Goron, Blank makes the assumption that he is in the presence of the Caravan associate that Vordan and Null were expecting him to meet with.
Kakura, right? Vordan and Null told me to find you here, regarding the Parapa Caravan Quarter construction. Has it started? What can I do to help you guys out?
The nomad holds a bundle of quality Deku Wood under his left arm, freshly obtained in the heart of the Thicket on his journey to the desert.

Blank gratefully accepts his reward and pockets the extra cash, grinning widely and thinking of all the things that one can purchase for 25 Rupees. Not much, but, perhaps a stay at a fancy inn and a round of drinks for a small group. Understanding his new task, the nomad calls after Kakura as he leaves the sandy village, eager to return to the cooler climate of central Hyrule.
I'll do just that, Kakura. I'm heading over to North Castle anyway, so I'll check in on Vordan and Null when I get the chance. Take care, Goro-Goros.
With that, Blank Fireside exits Parapa Village on a straight path to the southern desert cave.

Alpha approaches the group of Gorons, having finally taken time out of his week to go to the Deku Woods and grab some more wood. He walks straight up to Kakura and holds out the wood. "I was told by Vordan and Null to bring this to you, Kakura. I certainly hope it helps."

Panting from the desert heat, Victor finally shows up with his share of the Deku wood. Dropping the wood and taking a moment to wipe the sweat from his brow, he muttered under his breath.
"I'll be glad when these caravans get moving. It's such a nuisance to have to walk all this way in this heat!"
Picking up his burden yet again and moving further into the town, the Bard smiled as he saw the others coming and leaving. Reaching the group of Gorons, he held out the Deku wood and spoke:
"I, too, was sent by Vordan and Null to bring you guys building materials. So... here you go. Deku wood, fresh from the thicket!"

Glad to have the wood off his hand and even happier to have some more rupees, Victor smiled even wider and bowed to the Goron.
"Glad to be of service! So, check up on Vordan and Null again, eh? Can do!"
Turning away from the Gorons, the Bard headed back towards Parapa's exit and North Castle, again wishing that the caravan was already in service...

He walked a bit more, and surpsrisingly, he had made it. He had found the place.
The Goro-Goro Cartel... great... now... Kakura
His eyes scouted the Gorons, and one seemed to stand out
That must be him... Let's deliver the Deku Wood...
"Mister... you are Kakura, correct...? Vordan and Null sent...me here to deliver this to you..."-he said, his voice clearingly showing signs of dehydration(sp?).
He took out a bundle of Deku Wood, placing it on the ground.
"I hope it's fine... traveling all this way... through the desert may--- have made the wood a bit more fragile... Well... good day..."
Now... the way back...
