Batman beat Carnage.

Spider-Man had to team up with Venom to beat Carnage.

Batman > Spider-Man + Venom

Ergo, either Batman wins or it's a stalemate. ;D

But seriously, I don't know if we can reasonably expect Batman to take on two people at once. I'm gonna have to go with either Spidey or Venom here. Venom probably, because if I recall correctly the Spider-Sense doesn't work on him, so he could probably get the jump on him or something.

Remember: This is a free-for-all, which means that it could go any way possible. Even Batman could team up  with spiderman to defeat Venom...

Well, if that's the case then it's just the same as the "Spidey vs. Batman" thread over in General Discussion, and I've already made my points for that. Carnage is basically a beefed up Venom...who is basically a beefed up Spider-Man. If Batman can repeat that miraculous performance then Spidey's toast.

Edit: Now that I think about it Spidey + Batman vs. Venom seems the most likely scenario. But I already voted for Venom, so...

Edit2: Which particular incarnations are we talking about here? The comics or the movies?

well, the comic where batman beat carnage could have been a DC comic, im not sure, if it was that doesnt count seeing as DC would have just wanted to beef up their own character.

Spiderman would win becuase, first, good always triumphs evil. And since Venom is evil, he's bound to lose. The only reason he'd beat Batman is becuase he could sling away from himn and then use his webs to tie him up and make him a harmless rodent. Or a harmless bat. :P
