The fillers ended a few months ago.  They ended at 220.  Although I recommend the last filler arc, which lasts about 3 or 4 episodes

At hte end of Episode 134, another one appeared shortly. He is unnamed at that part, but its been revealed to be Zetsu. Just watch the ending to 134 again, you'll see him.
