Jdog, I know it's your life, I'm just saying you should really stop spending all your time making forums and more time working and studying. For crying out loud, you're a senior now? You need to get good grades if you want to make it into a good college and get a good job.

Why does anyone go to this forum then?

Because the site has a lot of unique features to it, such as Ask Ezlo, Caption Game, and the Compendium. That's how the forums first got members, and since then this has been one of the best forums out there.

And wow, calm down! I've never seen anyone get a sugar rush from how many members one gets on his forums!
I don't mean to make this issue worse than it is, but...
Think about Jack. When he was administrator, I never saw him go on a parade whenever somebody joined his forums. But than again, I wasn't one of the first ones here, so I shouldn't talk...
What I mean to say is that you shouldn't really make a big deal about these things.

I wasn't, I was just saying how good it was too have 12 members in one day, we now have 29, woot. :D its becoming pretty great, there was some issues with some of the members awhile back, yeah, wasn't fun deleting all the spam stuff...

not only that, but some people were breaking the rules, like flaming, and insulting, and swearing, those are some three big rules that I disallow, and i have not seen either of them two members since that...

Back when Jack was... active, there were a lot of new members, and more were coming every day (or so I've been told).  Now, though, it's sort of 'those active people' and everyone else.

yeah, but thats probably because people thought the whole site died, not just the main site(which really isn't dead with Alpha still posting updates)

All right, since you're letting the forums die, jdog, I hacked the site and am now an administrator.  I'm going to try to breathe life back into your forums (and take all those porn ads from spambots out of General Gaming).  After I'm done, ban me if you will... :P
