Chest in the exit of the Castle Town South Road

How do you get to the chest just outside Castle Town South Road?  The one in the water fountain like structure.  I can't get to it.

I sort of broke the game to get it, I think. It was a while ago.

It only has 100 rupees, it's not worth it.

Get the clawshot.  Face the two pillars that are nearest to the castle town.  On the right (left for Wii), there should be a clawshot target on the southern side of the town.  Get up there, then use the spinner (yeah, need that too), to go back and forth on the wall.  When you're about in the middle, jump off with the attack button on the spinner, like in the battle with Stallord.  From your new location, you can open the chest.

It's either a Heart Piece, or 100 rupees.  Nothing special, unless you're an avid collector of random sundries.
