Looks like some news leaked out of Nintendo.  I trust the source.  It's the creator of the VGCats webcomic series.

Greetings true believers! Well I think it's ironic that a comic about me not updating took place on a Tuesday. Man though... So it turns out Jigglypuff and Ness ARE in Brawl. It was leaked AS I WAS MAKING THIS COMIC. Uploaded it to my DA account to show a time stamp when mine was made.

Also, here's the strip he was talking about.  It talks about Brawl's delay.

Well, the intro to Brawl is out on multiple video sites now.

Confirmed returning characters: Ness and Marth.

Also, a huge leak today with Nintendo, and several old characters.  Here's a few important ones.

These are directly translated from Kanji I believe, so there's some mistranslations.  Like Bowser being called Koopa.

It's just a name, really. I mean, having Sephiroth as a name wouldn't necessarily make that character high-tier... Wait, what am I saying? Yeah, it would! :P

They look real, but I still can't help but feel skeptical about their authenticity.

Still, Lucario as a playable character?  Hells yeah!  If you're not going to give me Lyn instead of Marth/Roy, at least give me Lucario instead of Mewtwo!
