on my friends roster it says i am still awaiting registration from you, what does that mean?

It means that the other person has yet to register you.  My cousin deleted some friends (stupid prick), but I re-added you not so long ago, sorry though.

well, my friend scott, i added him, and then added myself on his wii, and i have that message on both wiis, masterkey said it doesnt say that on my name on his wii, idk

If one of the people you add does not have internet, even if they add you it'll say they haven't.

The thing is, though, both parties need working connections in order to register Friend Codes. Otherwise, you can't access the Wi-Fi features. At least, that's as far as I know.

Me and mags had a few one-on-ones today, it was kinda laggy, but this is how it went

Match one:
Link(Mags) vs. Snake(me)
Link wins by 3 stock

Match two:
Link(Mags) vs. Ike(me)
Winner: Ike by 3

Then it started getting reall laggy

Match three:
Link(Mags) vs. Marth(me)
Link wins by 4
