Yeah, I got it to work-though it still won't let me update my Wii. -shrug-

Anyway, for Brawl, my friend code is 2793-1648-5570.

I added TW, Rabies, Shika, Mags, Tacheon, and I think I added someone else.

I have added both Shika and Tacheon, and they have added me, but it still says awaiting registration.  If we all entered each others' codes correctly, could it be that we need to be online at the same time in order to get the awaiting registration thing to go away?

No, once you've added someone, and they've added you, there should be no issue. Double-check the friend codes; I entered a code wrong once, and once I discovered that and re-entered it correctly, the problem went away.

That's the thing, I already double and triple-checked.  I am almost positive they are correct, but I could be wrong.  I am kinda dyslexic, so maybe I am overlooking something.

Ah, then that would probably explain why it still says "Awaiting Registration." Mystery solved.

I am convinced that the reason I am not registering Shika and Tacheon and visa versa isn't because of a miss-typed code.  A while ago I tried retyping in Tacheon's code from scratch and I did it wrong and it told me it was incorrect.  Then I typed it in the correct way and it let me add him.  I figure they have the codes set up in such a way so it is hard to miss-type a code but still have it be a correct code.  If that is the case, what else might be going wrong.  Could it be a firewall thing?

If they themselves have access to Nintendo WFC, then I doubt it would be a firewall thing. It's worth a shot to disengage the firewall, but I find it more likely that a firewall would prevent them from getting on period.

Maybe Nintendo's support site has the answer...? I'd check, but I have a worse connection than usual available to me...
