This game isn't really for kids, but there's nothing stopping you.  I'm hoping to eventually refine it to the psychological mindgames, dreading anticipation and outright bizarreness that make creepy games like Silent Hill and F.E.A.R so amazing, but I doubt it'll ever be as addictive-- seeing as how it's text-based.

IMPORTANT FACTS

-There can only be one player at a time.

-I reserve the right to change the rooms and scenarios in said rooms, but the theme and story will be kept throughout.

-Items you collect will not transfer to the next player.

-I will not force you to your death.  If something can kill you, there will be clues leading up to it.

-If it is your first night at Fight Club, you have to fight.

That's all I'm saying until the first player signs up.

Twilight Wolf

One question for you: How does the "one player at a time" thing work, exactly?

It sounds like an interesting game, though, so I just might try it.
What, you expect me to say something witty?

When the first player dies, the second player starts.

I call the first three lives

I'm signing up. That makes me not only the first to even express interest in this game, but the first to officially sign up.

How many people need to sign up for this game before we begin?
What, you expect me to say something witty?

Keaton

We can start now, and Tacheon actually gets the first spot.

I just need to get into the right mindset for writing.

AWESOME SUPER DOUBLE-POST BUMP

-------------------

Where am I?

...what's this slippery stuff on my clothes?  Why is it so dark?

Am I... am I in a room?

[fumbling around for a lightswitch]

Oh GOD!?  Is that... blood?

What's going on here?

-------------

The room is obviously a motel room.  It is barely lit by a ceiling light so filled with bugs that portions of the room are occluded by their shadows.  The room smells of blood-- more blood than is on your clothing.  The sheets on the bed are disheveled.  You hear whispering from a darker corner of the room.

Shika, you're up first.

DW

[psyche]I charge my laser. [/psyche]

I call out "Hello?" to the corner of the room.

...

Not much else I can do but get in the bed, which I assume is a deathwish.

The whispering culminates into a steady hissing.  Taking a closer look at the covers reveals more blood.  As you continue to look around the room, you notice that the bed is blocking your view of what appears to be a body, or at least the arm of one.  It is covered in all manner of claw marks.

The door to the room is not locked.

As you open it, a cool sea air hits you in the face with staggering force, nearly pushing you backwards into the room again.  At the same time, you know something's pushing away from the room, against the wind.  You can feel it.  As the pushing from the room subsides, you manage to overcome the wind and exit the room.  The door, impossibly, stays open despite the wind, and you hear not a whispering, but a slight whimpering and moaning from inside.  You hear what sounds like someone getting up off the floor.

DW

I turn around and ask "Who are you?" While backing further away and preparing for assault.

Keaton

There is no response, only a continued whimpering and what sounds like crawling.

More whispering begins to come, this time from the outside.
