Well, once Jack retired, Gamefreak was chosen to be the administrator, so it seems a tad unfair to ask him to just up and leave the position.  KP became one to be the technician, I guess it was, and he is the site's webmaster, so it only makes sense that he's an admin as well.  But he's not always on, so having Tacheon as a back-up tech admin is a good idea.
