zelda's xmas list hmmm

Gamefreak

Not to be off topic, but I find using the word "Xmas" to be blasphemous.  Basically, you're taking the "Christ" out of Christmas.

On topic: a way to NOT be captured by villians.

Hi no Seijin

Hate to be off topic too, but Xmas is for lazy people.

On topic, sort of, I don't think the Hyrulians would have said Christmas, not unless any of them were Christians, which I highly doubt.  Maybe they called it Yule.

Fully on topic, for Malon, Saria, Marin, Ruto, and any other woman after Link to go away so she can have him all to herself.

they probably call it "the grand festival" or something

Hi no Seijin

"The Grand Festival."  Has a nice ring to it.  Maybe that's on Zelda's wish list.  To have a grand time at the Grand Festival.  Also to let Hi no Seijin spell correctly on forums.  That's on my wish list at any rate.

To never have to spend another seven years discuised as a man, waiting for link to grow up again. That must have been boring. "Has he grown up yet?"
"no"
"Has he grown up yet?"
"no"
"Has he grown up yet?"
"no"
"Has he grown up yet?"
"no"
"Has he grown up yet?"
"no"
etc....

Hi no Seijin

That must have tortured her.  Then she had to wait even longer for Link to awaken the other sages.

I don't the Hylians celebrates Christmas, or anything that resembles it. At least not at that time. They probably have lots of festivals to celebrate the Goddesses and the lesser gods.

Hi no Seijin

It is hard to tell, but let's continue under the assumption that the Hylians do celebrate Yule, or the Grand Festival.

Or maybe Trinity, or the Day of Creation, or something like that. :P

Hi no Seijin

If Hyrule's version of Christmas is their creation, then their version of Christmas is also their New Year.  Now, when would that be?  In summer, fall, winter, or spring?

I like to believe it's at the end of winter. It fits much better to celebrate the new year then. Well, if they even have winter. From all that's been seen, Hyrule seems to be a very warm country.

Hi no Seijin

They have snow, or at least Termina does.  And if Termina parallels Hyrule, then Hyrule does indeed have snow, which would suggest winter.

Getting back on topic now (Zelda's Christmas Wish List), to go on a date with Vaati.  (Ha!  Beat all of you Vaati lovers to it!)
