Yes, that. Question solved. Link can control time and reapear before he died. Slightly off topic question but, how does it feel for a character to save? Do they actually perform some kind of ritual or does link just get a tingling sensation...

A classic twist in many novels, stories, films...etc is to kill the main character and then move to a new main character.

Well, I think Link mite die in Twilight Princess. If you think about it, Twilight Princess is after Ocarina of Time, and before Wind Waker, that is where the flood happends. I have a forum here called "Is Link going to Die?". And I also have a blog at this site

Well, if you think about it...it dose make cents that Link will die. As sad as that is. It has to be true at some point. In twilight Princess, It looks like he will die, or atleast fail. But if he only fails....what will he do? Where will he go? If the flood dose happen in TP, there realy is not any where he can go. So it looks like he will die.
