They are called Zoological Amusement Parks of DOOM, TW.  Every state has one, and every Zoological Amusement Park of DOOM has at least one polar bear in it.

The Zoological Amusement Park of DOOM in Costa Rica was closed down back in the 1980's, though.  Something about troubles with the animals.
