I enjoyed TKAM.  Atticus Finch is a BAMF.

Also, we read a book in 6th grade that really stuck with me.  It was called "The Game" (no joke) and it was about this futuristic world where people jacked in to this massive game that was a simulation of another planet, and eventually people would be transported to the planet without realizing it and think that they're still in the game when they're actually part of the first exodus.

I'm pretty sure he has. But yes, Gregory Peck is the perfect Atticus.

I actually really liked Native Son, too. It was chilling. I read Animal Farm for fun and I loved it. I'm not sure whether I like it or 1984 more, they have such different tones.
