Remember that guy who seriously believed that Hyrule actually existed on Earth? 

He was quite the fan. He was a fan of the sunglasses smiley too, it appears (often at the most inappropriate time).

He used the sunglasses smiley to show his disdain for other people, it was a really appropriate time to use it if you were in his shoes, it was sort of a "hey people you're dumb and I'm right so deal with it it's adorable how wrong you are  8)" kind of deal.

Thats not really true. Earth can mean the planet earth even if it's not capatalized (I've seen it in my science books), so thats not really any proof at all. 8)

You know, I find it funny that you say that. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it you who used the argument that the setting is Earth because of the arbitrary use of the word earth? Yet, you say that my counterargument that the setting isn't necessarily this planet, Earth, has no proof to back it up because it may refer to either the arbitrary one or the planet one? If you say I don't have proof, and if you're using the same argument I'm using, I ask you...
