Twilight Wolf

In Soviet Russia, breakfast eats you.
What, you expect me to say something witty?

I just made a new YTP!  And it's even better than the first, I daresay-- also, it's twice as long and features, you know, actual youtube pooping, as opposed to just making hard cuts.

I'll post a link to it once it's done uploading, OR you can check my channel for yourself :3

Uploading's done!  Witness firsthand the tragic story of Ganon's evil plot set in motion and Gwonam's wicked betrayal of the King.

Darth Wyndisis

Gwonam wanted all the dinner to himself.

MagmarFire

I'm working on a YTP off and on, myself. Yay.

Excellent.  Post results when complete.

If I can figure out how to animate pictures in Vegas, that'll help immensely.

Darth Wyndisis

I'm not sure how to do that.

Keaton

That's a good question.  I suppose you could try going frame by frame.  And assuming it's a .gif, have you tried simply dragging the image to its own layer on the timeline?  You'll have to drop it above the layer of whatever you're planning on superimposing it over.

Speaking of Vegas, my 30 day trial for Vegas 7 expired a while ago.  I know it's pretty easy to get the full version of the program for free, but I'm a bit leery of doing that because I don't want to get arrested by the internet police.  Is there a legal way of getting like a stripped down version of Vegas, or maybe an older version for free (or at least not for a ridiculous amount of money)?

Keaton

Nope.  But you should check out PeerBlock.

...

...and that's all I have to say about that.

I was under the impression that tweening was involved, kind of like in Flash.

I'm not sure, I haven't tried it, myself.  However, Vegas is, when it gets down to it, a highly simple program.  Oftentimes the simplest method is the correct one.

Was I the only one to read that in Forrest Gump's voice?
Best.  Cane.  EVER!

I read it like his voice on the second SandCast. I'm not sure if that was a Forrest Gump impression or not, but it did sound a bit Southern.
