So I joined a school club today. Youth & Government. Hopefully won't kill me.

Also, I hate Beowulf, and I totes failed my test on it today. Man, this week has been evil with tests; I got a D on a Calc test and an F on a Physics quiz (though to be fair, I didn't know about the quiz until a few minutes before I walked in the class). At least I got an A on my American Gov test today, and an A in my College History II test on Friday.

1. I like learning.
2. I'll have to take them eventually, so it's either high school or college. High school, easily.
3. They look good on resumes and stuff.

I didn't take all of the super-hard classes, though. I chose not to take Statistics or Psychology, and I will cut off my arm before I take Advanced Chemistry.

Yeah, something about these past few school days and tests has just been really, really wrong. English is going to improve, obviously; I mean, no more Old English, and we'll be moving on to Shakespeare in not too long! Physics was kind of an accident, though it is one that's my fault. Calc, though...

Intro to Psych was easy as pie for me. I don't know why. I like to learn about Human behavior, and the inner workings of the human brain...

Ehh, most of the people I know who took Psychology in my high school had to take it again during their first year of college, and social sciences are usually easy. I'd rather begin preparing for the most difficult courses in college now rather than just take all of the easiest classes. (Nothing will ever convince me to take Advanced Chem, though. Nothing.)

Also, I'm really, really turned off by the number of people who use their Sociology or Psychology majors as excuses for making smarter-than-you assumptions about everything.
