Judging from the context of what Ras asked, I'm betting he made several mistakes. I think that he's asking 'who did Tatl ask for help', in which case it would be the Goddess of Time. I'm inferring this because no one asks Tatl for help once the Skull Kid makes the moon go faster, which takes place on the Clock Tower during the final moments of Day 3 when you're Deku Link trying to get back the Ocarina of Time. *pant*

1st question:Gain all the 20 extra masks. Then, when at the moon, do all of the missions that the little mask kids want. Once you've paid them with all of your masks and are left with none go to the little kid in front of the tree and he'll give you the mask.

There is no way I'm going to spend my time listing the things you have to do to get the couple's mask.

Next question: What is the name of the boss in the Snow Peak dungeon.

  The happy mask sales man's name in unknown, but we do know he comes from Hyrule right, as well as Epona, the Skullkid, Kaepora Gaebora and Link of course, who can tell if the postman comes from Hyrule?, I think he does not for a number of reasons, but the main reason someone could tell he does, is because the characters I mention except Epona, do not remember Link for some reason, the postman should remember Link gave him the bunny hood in OoT or at least to have talk to him...but he doesn't, the Skullkid does mention a kid in the forest that taught him a song, Link at the lost woods, but for some reason they don't seem to remember each other, this could be expained If we remember the ending in OoT, and the Desert Colossus theories.
 In my question I ask for a character that has the same name he had in OoT, and this character has the same job as well, most of the characters from OoT appear in MM, but they are not the same, my character does not remember Link either, but I think he comes from Hyrule, think...who has the same job and name?
