A living nightmare

Screams echoed throught the room.Link looked around at the blood stained walls.There was something in there,he could feel it.A chill ran down his spine.He sprinted towards the nearest archway.As soon as he turned the corner,his heart suddenly skipped a beat.A blood curdling shreik was sent out as a redead slowly stood up.Link then ran back into the previous room.He skidded to a stop.He had almost ran through a poison pit.There before him,reaching to him out of the pit, was at least a half a dozen boney hands."HeHe!"A voice of what sounded like a little girls' sung out.It was almost like she was standing right beside him.Link turned around,looking for the source of the noise."HeHe!."He backed up against the wall.Then felt something wet soak into the back of his tunic.he turned and looked at the wall.There was something written in fresh blood."Listen to those whos souls' are trapped and will never be free."Link turned back to see a faint figure looking at him.It was a little girl about 4 or 5all.Link walked towards her.She skipped away and disappeared behind a wall.Link touched the wall,his hand slid through.Then,he stepped through.The little girl was waiting on the other side.He walked over to her,but she just skipped away.He followed her through what seemed like a hundred passages.Soon,a light came into view.As it grew larger,Link could see that it was a doorway.As he approached the exit,he looked back to thank the ghost of the little girl that had helped him.He was glad to see that she was still watching him.Soon,she grew fainter and fainter until Link was barely able to see her.Once she had gone,Link tourned back to the door and stepped through it.On the other side however,was not the exit.There were three Hylians walking through the dungeon.There was a man,a woman and a little girl.They were talking and laughing.Then,the man scooped the little girl up into his arms and placed her on his shoulders.As they were approaching the doorway,something fell from the ceiling.The family screamed and scattered further into the dungeon.Link ran after them,his heart thumping.He feared the worst for the family.He soon caught up to the monster.He slashed it as hard as he could but it slid through and banged the dirt floor.He picked it up and quickly raced through the previous dungeon door.What he saw,was something not even in the  terriblest nightmares would occur.The shadowy monster had chased the family into the bubling poision pit.Their screams peircd Link's ears as he watched in horror.The little girl's mother had already been overtaken by the poision.Her father desperately reached for her hand."Sarah!"He cried."Daddy!"Sarah cried as she too was sucked deeper into the poision.Soon,all that was there were their faces pale.Next the monster slid up the wall and up to the ceiling 'til it was too dark to see.then,a bright light shone and Link found himself sitting in a corner.He looked up to see Sarah with her family.Link felt bad that he couldn't have done anything to help them,not even if he tried.He stood up and walked over.'Hello."Link said shyly."Thank you for trying to save the monster.Even though it happened quite a while ago."Sarah's mother said."You're very brave kid,"said Sarah's father."You'll make a fine man someday.""The exit's that way."said Sarah as she pointed towards a stone archeway."Good-bye!"The family called after Link as he headed to the door.He looked back only to see them fade away.The next day,Link took a walk to the graveyard.Soon,he found what he was looking for.The tombstone said, In loving memory of the Brown family.Will,Karen and sarah.1932-1964,1933-1964,1959-1964.He placed a dozen red roses on the grave and left the graveyard.

It was only an illusion, the exit only led to another room. The room was different: no bloody walls, no monsters, no traps, no nothing. Then the door behind him closed. He was now trapped. " He He HE heh eh he he he!" he heard from the other side of the room. Then suddenly Koume and Kotake (Twinrova) appeared. "You'll pay for what you did!" They yelled and each immediately pointed their hands at the ceiling and sent a magic beam up there, and disappeared. Then suddenly something fell from the ceiling, and it was....

Sorry!I finished my story,but i'll finish this one! :)
So,                                        
A giant black rat.Its' tail was long and boney and its' fur was rough and matted.It took a look at Link and started sniffing all around.its' claws were scraping the ground.Link took out his sword.It saw him out of the corner of his eye.He lifted his head as his ears twtched.Then it lunged,knocking Link to the ground.Link held his sheild out with all his might.He could see the rats' knife-like teeth as it snapped at him.Soon,it had gotten him on the arm.It had torn the sleeve o his tunic wich was soaked with blood.Link stood up and slashed it while he had the chance.It screched in pain as it fell to the ground.Link ran to the door that was sure to be the exit.He stepped into the portal and soon found himself in Kakriko.he was safe,at last.

[Mysterious F.]

Except for the fact Kakariko was completely overrun by monsters! One of them saw Link and whacked him with a club on the head. Link fell to the ground, knocked out.

A delicious smell soon filled the room."Mmm."Link awoke to a young woman standing over a small woodstove."What happened?''Asked Link as he licked his lips."We found you outside the graveyard.You had an awful bump on your head so we brought you into our home."She began scraping bacon and eggs onto 3 plates."Here you go.''She said as she handed Link a plate and a fork."Thank you."Said Link.Then she grabbed a glass pitcher and three cups.She poured milk in 2 and juice in 1.She handed a glass of milk to Link.Link wondered who the plate and cup were for."Emily!Breakfast!"Soon,a little girl about 5 or 6 came down the stairs."Emily,this is Link.He's going to stay here for the day 'til his head is better.""Hello."Whispered Emily."How do you know my name?"Link asked the cucco lady."You helped me round up my chickens,remember?"She said with a smile."Oh yeah.You gave me the bottle."Said Link.Then Link stood up and took his plate to the bowl of water on the table."Oh,you don't have to wash your plate.I'll wash them when we're all finished.""It's no problem."Explained Link."It's my way of thanking you for your hospitallity.""Alright then.Emily,will you go make your bed and show Link to the guest room?""Sure mommy.""Thanks sweetie."Said the cucco lady as she gave Emily a kiss."Come on Link!"Said Emily as she darted up the stairs."Here's the guest bedroom,if you want to lay down.I have to go make my bed.""Thanks Emily."Said Link as he lifted up the quilts and crawled into the  warm cozy bed.Before he knew it,he was fast asleep.Crreaak!Went the stairs as Link walked down a narrow staircase.The only light was from a nearly burned out candle in his hand.Link spied the odd rat running up in the rafters.It was so dark that the candle barely shed enough light for Link to see his hand in front of his face.Soon,Link felt the stone floor against his boots.An old door covered in dirt stood before him. link slowly reached out his hand to grab the knob.The door creaked open and he stepped inside.The room was full of cobwebs and dust.Link brushed a huge web from his face and from infront of him.link noticed the odd coffin standing up in a corner.Suddenly,the coffin in the far left corner,slowly creaked open to reveal a little girl.In the darkness,it was hard to tell.Link turned around to find a pair of bright,yellow,eyes..."Ahh!"Link screamed as he jumped out of bed."Are you alright Link?"Standing beside him was Emily holding a small glass of water."I'm fine.I just had a little nightmare.""I got you a glass of water."Said Emily,holding up the glass."Thanks."replied Link as he drank the water in 1 gulp."Are you going back to bed?"Asked Emily."No,I don't think so.I'm gonna get up and go for a little walk.""Can I come to?"Asked an excited Emily."I guess."Said Link,unsure.They flew down the stairs and told Emily's mother they were going for a walk."Be back before 8:30 Emily!"Called Emily's mom."I will!"Said Emily as they headed towards the graveyard."What are we doing here?"Asked Emily."I want to check something."Said Link as he walked along a row of graves."Here it is."said Link,pulling out a grave stone."Climb down after me,okay?""Okay."Soon they began climbing down into the dark,damp tunnel."Hold my hand Emily."Whispered Link as they walked further into the darkness.Soon they came to the room where Link was attacked by the giant rat.Link let go of Emily's hand to pull out his sword and sheild."Stay there Emily."said Link as he slowly approached the middle of the room.Soon,infront of him, on the wall,was a huge shadow."Link!Look out!"Screeched Emily as Link dove to the ground.he turned around to see the rat.He fought it for 10minutes,then told Emily to run.He grabbed his sheild to hold the rat down,then shot off after emily.But only,when he took about 5 steps,the rat knocked him down and chased Emily.Link staggered to his feet and ran after the beast.he heard Emily scream when he came to the first door on his left.he opened it slowly,trying not to make a sound.it was the room in his dream.there were cobwebs strung from 1 end 2 the other.Coffins standing in up corners.Then,1 of them slowly creaked open.Link brushed away cobwebs to get a closer look.In the coffin was a little girl.Then Link relized,it was Emily.Link felt something warm touch the bach of his tunic.He spun around to see that the rat had been up in the rafters.He just stood there for a moment,then,quickly drew his sword.he was careful not 2 miss as he slashed at the rat.In 5 minutes he had hit it a total of 6 times.Now,it was time to give the final blow.Then,he grabbed Emily and ran as fast as he could.He didn't stop running until he got all the way to Emily's house."Emily!What happened?"cried Emily's mom.It's my fault said Link."I took her to the graveyard!I took her down the tunnel!"Link went and leaned against the wall.Soon he felt tears well up in his eyes and slide down his cheeks."I killed it though."He whispered."Killed what?"Asked Emily's mom."The monster that got Emily.""She's safe now,everyone is.Thanks 2 you.'Link looked at her and noticed she was smiling."She's going to be alright?"Asked Link."She only got a few scratches."Said Emily's mom.Then,she went over to Link and gave him a hug.Link closed his eyes and hugged her back.

                                 THE  END
