Interesting Game Idea.......

i had an argument (very stupid one) with a friend the other day- which hero is better, mario or link (i went 4 link). we finally gave up, but then had this idea. what if link was in mushroom kingdom, and mario was in hyrule? it could be two games, one ur mario the other ur link. any idea what that might be like?

well, they would both be out of thier leage. for one link would have no trouble, slashing a cartoony goomba in half ;D  and bowser would be a breeze! however mario, has never had to experience a re-dead! :o  mario's trick is normally bouncing on your enemy's head to destroy it right...well, try hopping on gannondorfs's head and see what happens :D

well, how about if link got mario's weapons (hammer, fire, ect) and mario got master sword?

well seeing as how some ppl like myself are kinda sick of mario, and just about every person in their right mind, hates tingle, that game would be a BIG mistake! lol it would certainly be interesting though!

lol i know. it probably would sell like cake in japan, seeing how they luv tingle (HOW?/WHY?) i cant see mario with mastersword either. :o theyy need their own weapons. 8)

It would be great as a sort of last stand for Nintendo when they go out of business in 100 Billion years from now.  :o

I once read a sprite comic in which Bowser kidnaps Zelda and Link ends up in the Mushroom Kingdom and teams up with Mario to save Zelda.

yea thats in a lot of comics. i made a sprite comic sereis. its where a secret person kidnapped link and zelda has to save him.

ACTUALLY, thats kind of how Link killed Ganondorf in TWW, 'cept he jumped on this head with the Master Sword for major pwnage.  That gets me thinking.  Imagine Mario and Link fighting Ganondorf.
