I don't think it matters that he changed his name.  He did that several times.  First it was inuyasha (sp?), then Solid Snakes, and then miko.  Jack probably did an IP ban meaning that this person can not access these forums from his computer.

Worse, we can't officially ban him unless we know his original name, like to ignore Ganon's PMs you have to put The Postman on the list. miko's basically got it good as long as we don't know.
