Tingle is definitely planning to take over the world. Don't he know that's MY job? :P

Here's a question for you. If the tingle in majoras mask is in Termina, how did he get to that Island in wind waker? Did he live for an extended life reaching that Island or did he "shudder" have children that grew up to be The wind waker Tingle. Also if the latter is true he must have had multiple children as the wind waker Tingle seems to have brothers...

I feel like the only one here who keeps on subject, maybe its becouse I havent visited this forums in ages.

Anyway,

I dont hate Tingle. I'm a fantasy fiction lover/writer, and therefore I see why he HAS to be in the story... He could've been exchanged to some other form, or a less bothering creature, but he is one of the signs which says: "This game is based on children, and Nintendo needs to present the story in this game, THIS way. Or else it would feel wrong." Tingle makes the graphic style on TWW more acceptional. he is funny, so is the graphics. And that's why i spesifically love the game... If someone exchanged the graphics for something like TP or OoT I'd cry my eyes out. (I am 17 years old the summer of 2006, but this is sacred for me!).

I remember being the badass monster kid on MM, popping Tingles baloon all the time. And I remember that Tingle have been a lot of help through the game. The caracter is a greedy bastard, who also is extremely bothering and slowminded. But that really puts things in perspective. I think Yoshiyuki Oyama (the caracter designer) made a wery good desicion putting Tingle in TWW. I mean that the story is told best with that graphic, and with those caracters in the game...

I hope Nintendo publish a book where they explain EVERY SINGLE DETAIL in the legend of Zelda.... The legend of zelda is in my mind, the entire serie of games, cartoons, manga and whatever you can name!

Sorry if my avatar scares you meli but can we please leave our differences aside and get back to thing we were discussing. I see your point Lokes. Tingle was funny in Wind waker but only for the first meeting with him in that prison. After that he begins to get irritating like a weird joke told too many times. Then he charges all those rupees for those maps essential to the game and your anger is instantly channeled straight at Tingle.
