I have to say after watching the videos and seeing the reviews my opinion has changed quite a bit. Instead of tingle being some super loved character like link, everyone pretty much hates the freak, they force him to pay entrance to town, won't talk to him unless you pay, etc.. The game pretty much makes fun of itself. I'm not exactly sure if I will buy this game if released, but if anything else comes out that seems interesting I may be swayed.

Too few people have actually been trying on giving Tingle a chance, which is why this probably won't be released outside of Japan. He's just a harmless, misunderstood character who helps you, and people hate him for irrevelent reasons, which is rediculous.

Just think: a Zelda game that we all most likely missed.

Needless to say, I'm going to be very ticked if Japan doesn't release Tingle RPG out here.  They should be ignoring these naysayers and be listening to the people who want Tingle RPG out here.  Once again, I would like to thank all of you individualistic conformists and you people you see nothing but the bad in people, whatever term you all go by. >:(

I hope that Nintendo will ignore those idiots, but if they are the big majority, looking at the financial aspects, Nintendo might be better off not releasing it here. It would be a shame though. I don't have anything against Tingle, but I didn't think the game would be that interesting (another minigame collection with a specific Nintendo game's theme).....untill I read the reviews.

I was also quite reminded of super mario brothers super star saga when I saw the dungeon video.  Also it's kind of funny how many people wanted tingle killed and nintendo goes the other way and makes him a main character.

I really hope they release the game outside of Japan. Even if they release it in a different language with a Roman alphabet... something I can read!

Okay, I said it a million times before, so let me say it another million times.  Rupees are the most common item in the game.  How the hell can everyone say, "He stole my hard-earned rupees!"?  They're one of the most common items in the game.  Also, seeing as how Tingle is the only one who can decipher the charts, he can charge whatever he wants.  Also, what's a video game without a challenge?  And for another damned time, the rupees aren't even real; you can't take them out of the game and spend them in real life.  It's not like you getting poor by giving your rupees to Tingle.

As for the game being released outside of Japan, if you don't want it, don't buy it.  It's not that hard of a concept.  Keep your damned negativity to yourself so others can have the chance to play Tingle RPG. >:(

Tingle RPG looks to be an interesting game on the DS. How will it utilize the touch screen.

I haven't a clue... I haven't seen all of the trailer, so I don't have an idea, unless it's about weaponry or, possibly, choosing power-ups.
