I'd say Molgera is quite a bit harder than Gohma. It's the only boss in the game that force me to buy Red Potions.

None of the boss's are exactly hard in that game, just anoying, every time i managed to aim well enough at valoo's tail she got her claw out of the ground  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
