im stuck

I'm really stuck on 2 things :( .please help.

First of all i don't now how to get the fourth bottle . :(

Second i dont have a clue where you get the light arrows :'(

Bottle locations:
1. Get six Gorons to burst through the wall by fusing kinstones with random people.
2. Fuse with Smith to reveal a treasure chest that contains a bottle.
3. Become a Minish in Mama's cafe and go up to the ceiling. From there, continue walking until you reach Stockwell's shop. Become big and pick up the bottle. Do the sidequest and you'll have it.
4. Buy it from the Deku Scrub west of Hyrule Town.

And the light arrows can only be obtained if you've visited the Wind Tribe and helped Gregal before you've reached the Wind Tribe storywise. Gregal will give them to you later.

is that the old person who's ill .if it is i went there one tie to vist him and he was gone .Anyway how do you make him better .

Yep, that poor old man. ;D You can cure him by sucking up the ghost with the Gust Jar. If he's gone, I guess you can't get the light arrows anymore.

You can help him after obtaining the Earth Element. As soon as you are free to move in Hyrule Town, you can fuse with the Wind Tribe member in the north west part of town, go to the portal and save Gregal!
