Will this be for just DS?

I doubt Nintendo would do it but it is possible. Look at Trauma Center for instance. It was originally on the DS and really put the touch screen to us and then they re-released it for the Wii and it was even better because the Wiimote made the game better. So it is possible but I doubt it but I am sure Nintendo is already planning a Zelda game using both the Wii and DS.

They won't. Nintendo may REMAKE a few games, but they never port a game over to another console. TP is a rare exception, but that game has been ported to the Wii only because the GC is more or less dead.

Don't forget they probably also ported it to have at least one good launch title. Apart from TP, which I got for the cube, only Redsteel interests me. And I don't think it's that different for most people.

I don't know, Nintendo will have to do something big gamewise to stay alive, with Halo and GTA and everything else out there....me thinking a first person mega man game would be fun...they need to make another Earthbound too...

For now, there aren't.  Give it a while, and it will become easier and cheaper to get a Wii.
