It's a Gohma because she's a spider and have one, big eye. Although Gohma is a crab in the original everyone refers to her as a spider. ;)

Gohma in OoT was called Armored Arachnid or something, not Armored Crustaecean.

The Armagohma in TP has awesome boss music. xDD

I cry when I killl Gohmas. I actually really like spiders, as well as most arthropods. :B

In Twilight Princess there's a boss also named Gohma, also a spider. Coming to think of it, Twilight Princess isn't too far after OoT in the Timeline, and this Gohma also has this eye thingy, and it shoot's Lazer, one hit kill lazer!
