i cant get past the cloud place. :-X :'( no matter how hard i try

Assuming you mean the clouds between the mountains and the house of the Wind Tribe:
All you have to do is jump in the red whirlwinds and fight and fly (Ezlo) your way through the upper cloud deck in order to get yellow kinstones, which you need to fuse with the cloud statues in the lower cloud deck. Use the red whirlwinds and holes to get up or down. You'll need to dig through the clouds sometimes and you sometimes MUST kill all enemies on the screen to open a new route.

Assuming you mean the cloud dungeon:
Check the map for places you haven't gone to yet and don't be afraid to experiment a lot to get further. By now you have all the items in the game, so you'll have to be creative from time to time.
