I only steal intangible items from superheroes, and by superheroes I mean anyone with superhuman powers.  Batman just have a ton of cool gadgets and a secret indentity.  I did steal the gadgets.  I would've stole the secret indentity, but again, I only steal intangible items from superheroes.
