I agree with ZV my country has done some pretty dirty and unlawful things. Yet we learn hardly any of it. For example we are doing the Native Americans in History, and it wasn't till we watched the film Little Big man that we saw how awful we were to the NA. Same when we watched Zulu, for gods sake it is there land not ours.

It's getting ridiculous.  In some places it's politically "incorrect" to file somebody's race when filing a police report.

I think we should do more to help illegal immigrants by making it a lot easier to be legal and help support them. They are fleeing poverty and warfare. If Britain turned sour like that I would want to move as quickly as possible and I would hope other countries would help me start a new life.

I'm not sure about this, but I think it isn't too hard to become a U.S citizen.  You shouldn't pardon somebody who has commited a crime.

Illegal immigrants aren't criminals. They just want to get away from poverty or war. Do you have to pay to become a citizen?

They are entering the country illegaly, becoming immigrants, composite word, illegal immigrants.
