Hey which MM sword (or OOt if you feel like it) sword do you like best? Personally I liked the razor sword better than gilded, for looks anyway. Although the gilded sword is the 2nd best sword and has more reach, I would have preferred it have been the razor sword with maybe a golden reinforcment bar-back. I really dont like the chinese-finger trap design on the gilded sword or the fact that link constantly scrapes it against the ground when he runs I mean that's just careless...

You know, there's already a topic very similar to this in General Zelda, but for myself I'll choose the Gilded Sword for MM and the Master Sword from OoT.

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

for OOT,biggoron sword, since it is the most powerful, and MM,fierce diety blade.Pity you can only use it in boss dungeons...

Hi no Seijin

Let's see, the Master Sword, Biggoron's Sword, the Gilded Sword, Sword of Eternal Time (what I call Oni Link's sword), and the Great Faerie Sword.  I never used the Razor Sword, since it's breakable and it doesn't go back in time with you, but it does look cool.

By the way, I don't think it's physically possible for Link to pull out the Gilded Sword from his back.  I tried doing something like that, and I couldn't.

Yeah, I have been wondering similar things lately. How could Link's arms possibly pull out a sword that long when his armspan doesn't exceed that of the sword? I agree with you about his inability to do so.

Also gold is one of the least durable metals so how does gold dust make the sword stronger and more durable?

Hi no Seijin

It must be for decoration.

Either that and/or the fact that the gold could've been mixed with another metal to harden it. It probably wouldn't be too effective, though.

Hi no Seijin

It's another mystery of the Zelda series.

Probably because gold never rusts. Its the only metal that wont.

My real Poison team in BW2. They all have perfect natures and EV's. I went the extra distance and bred the right IV's into them. Come at me bro.

Hi no Seijin

I didn't know that.  Hmm, was that mentioned in chemistry? ;D

I'll have to go with the Gilded Sword. But in OoT, the Master Sword. I would have gone for the BigGoronSword but you can't use your shield with it.

Hi no Seijin

If you can dodge, you don't really need a shield.

yea, but a shield is always good. its a bargain between power and no defence, or medium power and good defence.
