Hardest Boss?

Haven't fought Vaati yet, but so far my money's on Big Octo. Took me three tries to sqaush the little bugger.  :-\

Hardest boss? Well I think its big octo, havent beeten the 5th dungeon yet.

For me, the hardest boss was a 3-way tie...
Mazaal(Wind Ruins)
Big Octorok(Temple of Droplets)
Vaati

Each took me two tries, because I couldn't find the patterns at first.

Just finished the game, and I'm sticking with my original answer: Big Octo is the hardest.

I still haven't beat the game but I think that Gyorgs (the manta rays from the second wind temple) was the hardest boss.

O.K I beat the game and Vaati is definently the hardest boss in the entire game. ;D

I agree with Master Goron and say Mazaal. The other bosses doesn't even come close.

I beat the game and would say the only hard one was vatti. Only cause I had to figure out wat to do inside. But they wer all easy, even vatti was a little easy.

Ummm....how do you beat the last form of Vaati?  The one with the huge claws?

Use the Cane of Pacci on its claw when in comes out of the ground, then use the pedestal to become minish and run inside the claw and hit the eye which is different from the others. This will destroy the arm; for the second one you will have to equip the Lantern to see the eyes and then do the same as you did with the first arm.

With his arms destroyed he will start to fire energy at you from four of his eyes, use the cloning tiles and deflect the attacks with your sword to destroy the eyes then attack the main eye, repeat this and will have beaten the game.

I have to go with Gyorgs just because I had only one fairy left when I faced them and that was certainly not enough. Besides I have always hated the 2-, 3-, 4-Link Technique crap. Just let me power up the sword and swing it like crazy.

Really every boss was a snap for me to defeat, but maybe big octo was a little hard. I beat the game in atleast 2 days :o :o :o 8) 8)
