No, it's going to be for Gamecube. But they might make a later version on DS

There is a Zelda game in development for the DS, but it will not be Twilight Princess. No details have been announced, though.

That's not been announced by Nintendo, so it's definnatly NOT true. Besides, Nintendo has hinted that it will be a REAL LoZ game. You'll actually be able to touch the items using the touch screen.

As for TP at the DS, that's not possible. How can someone even believe that? TP has WAY too powerful graphics, and Nintendo has hinted that it'll be BIG.

I think you have misunderstood, MrNintendo500. Back at E3 they gave some DS cartridges with the latest TP trailer on to certain people from the press.

That's the origin of said rumour.

I would love to see a Zelda game on DS, while I have not been satisfied with the selection of DS games as of late (seems to be mostly kiddie crap games) a few I have really enjoyed like Tiger Woods Golf, Madden 06, and Splinter Cell. Plus soon they will have FFIII on it and that was one of the main reasons I purchased it. A Zelda game would be perfect for DS though.

a zelda on the ds would b good b-cuz they could use sum of the touch screen adv. like sum puzzle that Zelda games r famous 4 and the map could b open at all time on the touch screeen, exp. at bosses then it could use it 4 attacking the boss
