I'd probably say Ganon, because Vaati, if you really think about it, isn't that powerfull.

Well, more power doesn't necessarily make you evil.  True, power corrupts people if they can't control it.  But power does not make people evil.  Power is like the Triforce; it doesn't judge between good and evil.  It just exists.  What makes people evil is what they do, and sometimes that's just a matter of opinion.

Either way, Ganon seems more evil to me.

Alright this was said like way too long ago but on the statement that majora wasn't insane, have you seen Majora's incarnation? Also when you talk to majora-kid in the moon he asks "do you want to play with me?" also if you don't have fierce deity mask he says " you don't have many powerful masks..." as if he was dissappointed at the lack of challenge.

I also like Vaati, but I mostly like the Majora's Mask (including other forms). Also, I beat the three forms without the Fierce Diety Mask (even though I had it, I used a walkthrough all throughout the game, so I punished myself)

Majora isn't hard without the fierce deity's mask if you know how to fight him, but I do like his warped freakish body. Although the voice kind of contradicts Him/Her/It.
