Purlo is close enough. Btw, I just beat him and got 100 arrow quiver and 100 rupees. It was hilarious when you beat him. I like him better than Tingle actually, he is not creepy, but still funny.

Murphy's law applies; It's easy to get them when you don't need them, extremely hard to get them when you do.

Same goes for hearts, magic, faeries, arrows, bombs, etc.

a chest is going to have the same amount of rupees whether you need them or not. and you get them the same rate anyways, you just don't notice them when you don't need them then when you do you complain because you don't have enough.

Also, Tingle doesn't know about Ganondorf. He's simply doing his work; work only he does. So it's fair he's asking whatever amount he wants.
