As we'd say in German: Wilkommen zu TDC! Pashiko ro TDC! in Minish, but I'll just go with traditional English and say "Welcome to TDC!"  ;)

Glad we have another Zelda fan-artist. Do you have a DeviantART by any chance?

Actually, zu always implies action.  It would be "Wilkommen von TDC", meaning essentially "greetings from TDC", or "Wilkommen auf TDC", implying that you've reached your destination.  It would be auf because the Colossus itself is mountainous.
