This is like Cold Dead Battlefield, but instead only Naruto Characters. Please think it through on who will win. Also, this is pretty much a fight-to-the-death battle.

So, who wins, Temari or Neji?

I say Temari, because she is mostly a long range fighter. All of Neji's moves are close range, and the only one that has a chance of defending himself against the wind Temari uses is the Heavenly Spin, but, because of the large amount of chakra it uses, he'll eventually be tired out. Temari could also summon Kamatari to instantly kill him.

DW

yes...even though he is majorly awesome, it appears this is one opponent Neji can't beat. Then again, terrain would affect the battle.

Well, yes, Neji would have a bigger chance of winning in a clear, plain or arena battlefield than in a forest or desert(but still has a low chance of winning), but Temari could use Cutting whirlwind or Great Cutting Whirlwind (which is the more powerful version, strong enough to cut trees to pieces) to get Neji away and deal some damage, simply blow Neji away, or she could dodge by flying on her fan.

In a forest, Temari pretty much won already. She'd just hide and then quickly use extremely powerful attacks.

In the desert, Temari could constantly blow sand around, which could make it longer for Neji to find her. She could also blow the wind to cover Neji in sand.

Also, even though Nejio has the Byakugan, it apparently takes some time to find things far away, and sometimes can't find them at all, like when Neji couldn't find the real Naruto in the beginning of their battle.

DW

it was because he distributed the chakra evenly so he couldn't tell. he eventually figured out that the one that wasn't attacking was the real one, which was wrong because Naruto set it as a trap.

What I meant by that was Neji couldn't tell Naruto and a shadow clone were hiding, even with the Byakugan. It clearly is slow at finding long and far range objects. The other two it has no problem with. (except the blind spot in the neck)

DW

hiding? You mean how afterwards when he killed the clone he thought was Naruto and they came and smacked him? he knew they were there, he just didn't care because he thoguht they would disappear when he hit that one.

Mysterious F.

Well, it was about 20 seconds until it disappeared after being hit, I'm sure he would've noticed it, being a genius.

Also, Temari could feed Neji spicy food, which Neji apparently hates. (The only three times he was seen eating spicy food he fainted after the first bite ridiculously)

DW

yes because in battle its good to eat things enemies give you.

Mysterious F.

Well, it would work. Very well, too.

Come on, people, please vote and post more.

Temari, she's fast and ranged; she can avoid Neji's attacks and hit him from afar.

Wait, what's the arena? Because that kinda makes a difference...

Mysterious F.

The arena of the Chunin Exam Finals.

DW

If it was a tighter area Neji would probably win. Temari wouldn't be able to get enough space.

Well, Great Cutting Whirlwind can chop trees with one slice. That would clear the area for her major advantage.

TP Zelda

'Sides, I think that spider-dude is way stronger than Temari, and Neji-kun beat him.
