Nah, an evil!Tingle would be utterly silly. A minigame playing against him might work, though.

Most of the action of Phantom Hourglass will take place outside of the Great Sea we saw in The Wind Waker, so Tingle may not show up. He still might, though.

Okay this Tingle thing is annoying me. I think he will be in it seeing as how it is the same characters in the same world as WW, so he's bound to show up. I think it would be cool if he helped sail the ship, like man the cannons or something. Shooting Tingle bombs...shweet....

Dude, Tingle is my least favorite character in the entire series! I wish I could go back in time, and convice the makers of Majora's Mask to forget him, and make the mapdrawer a bit, I don't know... less annoying?

Hey, guess what:  in real life there are adults who act just like Tingle.  They're called clowns, mimes, video game designers, and actors.  Though I suppose clowns and mimes could fall under the actor category.  My point is that you shouldn't dislike someone just because they pretend to be something they're not.
