honestly dragon lord  cobras are some of the most deadly snakes and will/have killed(eaten,mauled,slayed) other snakes and reptiles
so in fact u would have got bitten/or blinded
if u ever even dared to pet one u,wouldnt even touch it AKA:your dead :P
