Valoo/Volvagia and Sheikah/Twili

These next theories are a couple solutions to problems.

Valoo/Volvagia

Theory:  They were brothers and both, back in the time of OoT, or a little while after that, looked like Volvagia.  When Vol. died ,Val. evolve into Val. now.  Im a proponent of the idea that time/evolution doesnt work the same way as it does in our world OR he could've gotten depressed and ate a ton or two (or ten) of weight  :D .

Evidence to prove:  They're are two pictures of a Volvagia like dragon at the beginning of the Dragon Roost dungeon.  I also found it weird that they're were two wind spirits, the frogs, on the island and that if one of the statues for the two were somewhat destroyed don't you think the other one would have been damaged?  But even so I think that two spirits is more relevant for the Valoo/Volvagia argument than the situation of their statues.  Volvagia died in OoT and if he did revive somehow it would be hard for the gods to forgive you for what you did to the Gorons.  Also think about this when the gorons moved away from Death Mountain Volvagia wouldn't have anything to eat.

Evidence to disprove:  n/a

Sheikah/Twili

Theory:  A certain number of Sheikah were the interlopers and were sent to the twilight realm.

SPOILER

Evidence to prove:  The symbol of the Sheikah has an eye.  Ever notice how all the Twilit bosses in TP have something to do with an eye except Stallord and Blizzeta?  The reason I think Stallord didnt have an eye was because it was powered by Zant/Ganondorf magic while the others were by the Mirror of (the)Twilight.  I think a possibility for why Blizzeta didn't have a prominent eye was because the Sheikah/Twili didn't know about the Yeti and therefore didnt know magic about them.  Now that doesnt make much sense, but things don't have to make much sense in the world of magic and Hyrule. ;D ;D ;D.  In OoT the Spirit or Shadow, I'm about 90% it's shadow though, there was information on the Sheikah and Impa was the Sage.  Also Sheik said Bongo Bongo was an ANCIENT beast who was trapped at the bottom of the well where the lens of truth was found which resembles the Sheikah symbol.  Bongo Bongo had a prominent eye.  I just thought of THIS but notice how there are ghost rats where the portal to the twilight realm is(arbiter's grounds) and how there were statues of rats in the shadow temple in OoT?  I dunno about you but worshiping rats is a little weird.  I'm not saying the Sheikah worshipped rats but the statues were in the temple and temples in OoT and in most other Zelda games were sacred or "good" castles, like Hyrule for TP.  The exception is for the last dungeon, or twilight castle in TP which was the second to last, for most Zelda games. ???.  Basically, what I'm saying is dungeons are sacred/holy then infested with monsters.

END OF SPOILER

Evidence to disprove:  Well I had one/some at the beginning of this article but I can't remember it/them now >:(.

So what do you guys think?

Hmmm, I see a problem already.

Volvagia is a girl, therefore she cannot be Valoo's brother.

Also, there's a lot of controversy over whether or not Valoo is in the same timeline as Volvagia in the first place, thanks to Link's reverting back to Young Link at the end of OoT.

No one knows what gender Volvagia is, so you're just talking out of your [butt] here.

Although, Link the Goron does refer to it as "he" at one point.

Oh, I see that.  Well i meant they could have been siblings

Commodore Axilon

Volvagia's not a girl, though!

urrrrggggghhhhh

Vaati

It sounds like a girl name, but yes, in the Prima Official Strategy guide, it states he's a dude.
Nice theory. Even though Volvagia is kinda evil and Valoo isn't there's always a change of heart.  ;D

It's the hair.

That, and I distinctly remember someone talking about Volvagia in the feminine context.

I mean, do you notice a [package] on Volvagia?

No?

Children, let's not degenerate into insulting each other...

...

however true the insults may be...

Seriously though, have there been any other monsters in the games that share similaritites to Valoo and Volvagia? If so, it might help.

As of now, I'd say there are too many variables to determine if the two really are related aside from their obvious manifestations of dragons. They could be related, possible evidence being the ol' Nintendo name-recycling pattern it seems to have had since TWW, but are they definitely related? For all we know, Valoo could've come from a land very far away and perched on the volcano of Dragon Roost Island or appeared from an interdimensional portal in the sky.

The most I see from pictures of Volvagia in the dungeon on Dragon Roost Island (and the geographical location of the island on the explorable area covered by the Great Sea) is the possible connection of the location of the volcano with that of Death Mountain of OoT. Other than that, I think there's not enough information--for me, anyways--to reach a remotely feasible conclusion.

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

Keaton

Oh-ho, but you're forgetting one thing, Mags:  they're both red.

I think I just won this case.

MagmarFire

Gohma from TWW is also red (with the exoskeleton off). ~_^

So are some ChuChus. And Octoroks. And Tektites.

Everyone's related...like Alabama or something...
