Is there even a point to the Pokeradar? I mean, I have it, and it shows where the wild pokemon are, but it doesn't get you anything special from what I've seen. I just run into normal pokemon that I would have seen anyways.

They're very rare even if you use the radar. if you use the search on there it tells you if they're really rare. Such as lapras. (Can only be cause in one place but less limited than Feebas.)

Well since I'm pretty close to getting to Sunyshore I guess, so then that means I'm getting close to the Elite 4 which means I'm getting closer tot he National Dex WHICH MEANS I'm getting closer to getting the Pal Park WHICH MEANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can migrate Pokemon from my cousins game to mine ^^
