Here is how it goes:

2. Nomination time will end either when we get 16 nominees or by midnight March 20th Eastern Time Zone. That is, the midnight linking March 20th to March 21st.

3. Two posters enter, but only one leaves. Vote for one of them, and make sure your vote is in bold. Again, you must have at least 100 posts to vote.
