It is not Onix.

So far: It is first gen, does not evolve, is not legendary, is a mixed type, is not a normal, psychic, fighting, ice, grass, electric, or bug type.

Wait, wait, I might have the wrong idea. Is it the last evolution in a CHAIN of evolutions? Because I was thinking "Does Not Evolve" meant, Onix, Hitmonchan, Lapras, etc...
