I was looking @ google and found a sceenshot with link laying in a large puddle of water!!!! wait a minute i have just thought of something could the twilight relm be the hyrule under the great sea!?! And the reason zelda is in the twilight relm is cause ganon needs the power of the triforce of wisdom and link is tring to stop ganon in a futile atempt to stop him!!!!! and this is probley the end........link destroys the triforce of courage and scatters the pieces thru out hyrule there fore stopping ganon from ruleing the world.......also that explains the reason why the pieses are all around the great sea. the twilight relm might be the onley way 2 save his fortress from the flood he will bestoe on hyrule hahahahhahahahahahahahaha.....and ha!!!

I'm torn on this one.  TWW back story said a hero didn't rise up to challenge Ganon.  But then again, over time legends become obscure, so it is possible.  We'll see once TP gets here.

Yeah, but it could be no hero either, right. I mean, think about it. If there were a hero, why would the kingdom rely on the power of the gods, assuming that he/she survived long enought to make a difference.

It only say that the Hero of Time doesn't appear. There's only one Hero of Time, and I doubt he's still alive at the time of TP. That the game ENDS with the Flood is a possibility, but I hope not.

This is supposed to be the best Zelda ever, and I personally think that if it's going to become that great the ending needs to beat the ending of ALttP, which can only happen if it ends well for everyone (except ther servants of evil ).

Besides, Miyamoto is talking about perfecting TP. If that's the goal it would be a bit risky to have Hyrule drown. What I think is that the game will be very dark and emotional, but end good.

Link is alive during TP he may have went on the quest on Soul Calibur 2......... or Majora's Mask.

Link's appearance in Soul Calibur 2 isn't canon. Besides, the Link in Soul Calibur 2 is ALttP Link, not OoT Link. Yes, he looks like him. But he gets the Master Sword from the Lost Woods, not the Temple of Time (which would have released Ganon).

If TP is about the Flood it takes place GENERATIONS after OoT, so the Hero of Time is dead. I do NOT believe it takes place during OoT Link's lifetime.

I didn't say he's the Hero of Time. I believe that TP takes place long after the deaths of Zelda and Link from OoT, and not just a few decades. For starters, I don't really trust translations from Japanese into a western language. There are many ways that comment from E3 last year could have been mistranslated.

It may not even be canon anymore. A year has passed. If TP could switch from taking place after TWW to being between OoT and TWW in a month, imagine how much it can change in a year.

I don't think Tetra's mother is called Zelda. Or at least, she's not THE Zelda. That's pretty clear from the painting of her in Tetra's cabin.

I beat Twilight. Ganon dies. Theres no flood. the Triforce is seen in use 1 time for each character, except when Ganon loses it. But I also think this happens in the MM timeline, not the WW timeline.
