Alex shakes his head at the dizznes caused by the last attack.
Now that he had low magic power, there was nothing he could do to attack without exposing himself to the celestial beings, but he still was doubting that they had a physical body; anyway if there was the slightest chance that he could harm them or make them back away, he would give everything he had...
The wooden object zoomed in a large elipticpath across the plaza, if it wasn't going to hit the Brume Angels, at least it would serve as a distraction for his main attack.
The ranger leapt in the air, ready to attack Holybrume, though looking at her softened his heart, he wouldn't stop at that.

OOC: ive been asked tio join this little thing, but i have to my grandmas uggh. :(

IC: Dogura erupted into the battle. The beast inside of him was seeking blood, and he was looking for a battle. He decided to strike the largest one, a fountain of blood was assured. He dashed as quickly as possible into the enemy, bringing his sword down, and hard. Something was odd about the samurai. His eyes.... they were a green color, and seemed to flex as he followed the montser's movements.

OoC: Sorry mikaudes, but I didn't get that well who you were going to really strike... Holybrume, right?

IC:

Blank's first strike in the battle isn't one of much praisal. The cutesy-looking Brume Angel quickly notices the nomad's charge and just floats to the side, making the attack preety much ineffective, the Angel remaining preety much intact (1+2[Roll+AGI])

Holybrume does not wate any time in floating this time, as she quickly hurries to her fallen child. She grabs it in her arms, and leans her face towards the cold, limp bodyof the Brume Angel, and starts crying silently, saddened by her loss, and so making use of Tears of Sorrow again to revive her ally. The second angel, fully revitalized, proceeds in hugging its 'mother' warmly and gently, before it finally lets go and looks towards its opponents.

The first and second Brume Angels quickly retreat to the back lines, and starty whispering one to another, probably deciding on a course of action. They end up their small discussion quickly, and the first quickly dashes towards Alpha, and the other disappears into thin air. As the first one is about to impact on the mage it disappears - a very intriguing sight. What the Sheikah doesn't expect, though, is for the second to appear right behind him, and hitting him quite hard on the back for 4 DMG. The first one then reappears besides Holybrume, a slight grin on his face. They had both used Diversion Duo, in which one served as a mere diversion and the other executed the actual attack. Unexpected, and sure to hit. Poor Alpha was the first to be hit by it, but quite possibly not the least. The third one, however, disregards his companions' attacks, and can only eye the newcomer to the battle - Blank. Terribly annoyed by the nomad's intentions to harm him, he charges at him wanting to pay back in full. Unfortunately for it, and fortunately for Blank, it's just bark and no bite, as the Brume Angel, driven by anger, completely misses its target (10+4[Roll+AGI])

Alex's strike, like the previous ones aimed at Holybrume, has the same fitting end - the lady just seems to nonchalantly dance away, making the Ranger's attack fail miserably. (13+3[Roll+AGI])

However, this 'curse' of sorts is finally broken by Dogura, as becasue it just had entered the battle, the main enemy wasn't paying attention to its arrival, and so the samurai easily strikes it down (12+6[Roll+AGI]), finally being able to deal some damage to the creature - specifically 10 DMG.

But now, unfortunatly for him, he would see a reason not to attempt that trick again so soon. The Brume Angels quickly halt their movements and look at the Vagabond, their hatred for him boiling hard. Angered by their mother's damage, they all charge at him with newfound strength and agility. The first Brume Angel quickly and efficiently slams Dogura to the ground (14+10[Roll+AGI*]), and the third one jumps down on its fallen opponent, only making the matter worse for the samurai (20+10[Roll+AGI*]), for a total of 16 DMG. The second one doesn't spot him in the ground though, and just dashes past (5+10[Roll+AGI*])

Holybrume quickly passes her clean white hand over her dress, cleaning any dirt that it could have penetrated there because of the attack. She seems far too occupied with that task to do anything else important, though.

The three Brume Angels, having finished their counter-attack, return to their original powers, and proceed to make their own attacks. All of them observe the Zora staying there, and try to make their ways with it. they all charge against it in a single attack against Alex, with their ultimate strike - Tri-Star.
Tri-Star - 0 SPL
Add the three allies' attack power plus a d20 roll for the DMG dealt from this attack. The three users cannot attack in their next turn
.

Alex is strongly hit by the attack, dealing him a brutal 22 DMG from the blow (10+12[Roll+Attack Power]).

Alpha: 49 HP

Blank : 41 HP
Dogura: 26 HP

Holybrume: 70 HP 15 SPL

EDIT: Sorry... I was in a hurry yesterday and didn't notice I hadn't typed Blank's Health, and had an error in Dogura's -_-

Dogura quickly recovered, landing back on his feet. His thirst was satisfied. Now it was his anger at the beast for damaging him and his allys. He longed to attack the beast once more, but first ran towards Alex's side. He prayed Favor of the Godesses on the Zora, who was badly beaten by the last attack. After that, he focused on the First Brume Angel that had stricken him.

The samurai regained his posture, and fixed himself in an attack position. "Alright you freak. See if you can hit this..." He dissapeared completely. He kept appearing and reapearing in different places each time. Soon, it looked as if there were many of them appearing around the Angels. "Die!" A shout came from every direction, as Dogura brought his sword down upon the Brume Angel.

OOC: I can only use FotG once per turn, so Tayro's next. And did Blank die? He doesent have any health status.

OOC: I don't think so ZV; Tayro probably just forgot to type out his HP. Trust me, it's easy for a GM to overlook something like that, especially if the guy in question isn't hurt.

IC:
Annoyance wells up inside of the Sheikah as the Brume Angel rams him in the back. The pain really isn't that great - these Angel things are weaklings, to say the least - but the fact that he had been caught offguard so completely is enough to enrage him. Master Zaris would have been very disappointed with him for such a mistake...

But the Brume Angels aren't the only ones that are able to come up with strategies to improve their aim. His scar suddenly alters its color from bright blue to bright purple as he begins utilizing the powers of the Void once again. Sticking his left hand through a portal he opens up within his cape, he is delighted - in a vicious sort of way - to see it emerge from a second portal directly beneath the second Angel.

Holding his breath as he gladly takes revenge on the angel for striking him before, he somehow also shouts out his attack as the bright ball of dark energy forms in his hand and fires away from beneath the angel. "Elemental Burst - Shadow!"

Dogura's Innate Check is sucessful (13+5[Roll+INT]) as a warm and gentle light envelops the Zora Ranger, the goddesses' great power healing most of his injuries, returning 18 HP to him. The light, as sudden as its appearance, vanishes without a trace, leaving no mark of it ever being present. Being near the Temple might have had something to do with the prayer being so promptly heard, but it can't be taken for granted.

His sword strike also hits, as the confused Brume Angel can't understand where the real Dogura is, and is promptly hit on his back (16+6[Roll+AGI]) for 10 DMG, the little infant now barely able to remain active. The only thing that allows it to continue the battle is its will to defend its guardian - Holybrume.

Holybrume, however, promptly runs to her weakest children - the one just hit by the samurai, and proceeds in hugging him tightly, saddened by her child's weakened state. It's her Revitabrace once more, and, like the previous time, it fully connects (18[Roll]), returning all of the Angel's lost energy into itself once again, and he's ready to fight once more.

Even though they're all preety much fully healed, the Brume Angels are all still exhausted from their previous attack, and simply continue hovering around, recovering their lost energy. They all glare at their opponents, a bit annoyed at not having enough energy to attack.

Alpha's Shadow Elemental Burst hits its target right on, the second Brume Angel not noticing the energy sphere coming right from beneath it (5+3[Roll+SPI]). The magical orb quickly saps all of the Angel's energy, making it fall to the floor once again, unconscious and unable to act.

Dogura prayed once more for his other comrade, Tayro, while also rejoicing the death of the Brume Angel. "Nice work Alpha! Im going to head for the Holybrume once again. These Brume Angels will only be healed over and over again if we cant stop the Holybrume.

Perhaps, like a colony of insects, if the leader dies, the rest die off as well." Dogura focused back on the Holybrume. Without another word, Dogura plain as day, dashed up to the Holybrume, jumped high in the air, and quickly brought his sword down on the floating menace.

"Excellent plan, Dogura!" Alpha cries as he hears the samarai's intentions. Not only is his reasoning sound, it makes strategic sense as well: as long as the second Brume Angel has fallen - he grins as he recalls the blast of dark energy that he had used to exact his revenge mere moments ago - the Brume Angels shouldn't be able to use that Tri-Star attack of theirs, the one that had beat up Alex quite a bit. At least, the Sheikah hopes that's the case.

Alpha also considers charging in recklessly like Dogura is doing, but a grin forms on his face as a new option reveals itself to him. He glances at his feet, and is glad to see that he is standing in the shadows of the Temple of Nayru. Without a second thought, the Void opens up beneath him, swallowing him whole.

Half a second later, the Sheikah leaps up from a second portal, which has opened up directly behind Holybrume. In midair, he sees Dogura just leaping upwards to deal damage to the creature, and so he too brings his staff around. Watching to see if it will attempt to dodge out of the way, he brings his rod down in that direction. 'My own version of that Diversion Duo of theirs,' he thinks with a predatory smile as he waits for the sound of wood making impact on its prey.

Dogura's Innate Check is once more sucessful(15+5[Roll+INT]), and the sky starts to gain a new colour - one of a light gray with some slight tones of yellow. Suddenly, a circle of clouds quickly begins to form in the sky, and a beam of holy light shoots down from it, hitting Tayro right on. The boy sthen starts hearing the wise words of the goddesses, at the same time that his injuries are healed and he recovers 17 Health Points. The light vanishes abruptly, and the clouds and sky soon return to normal.

Holybrume once again approaches her unconscious ally, the fallen Brume Angel, and kneels down, grabbing the child in her arms. She leans her face forward, resting it on the angel's torso, as she once again executes her Tears of Sorrow. The little infant opens its eyes once again, and, with its energy fully restored, is ready to fight once more.

The three infants, believing that this battle is getting nowhere, decide to once again execute their trademark move, and the deadliest one of all - Tri-Star! They all charge at Alex once again, probably thinking that it'd be easier if they focused on one entity... who knows? The trio grabs their hands together and dash towards their target at an impressive speed, hitting the Zora hard for a brutal 27 DMG (15+12[Roll+Attack Power]) and making him fall back with such a grand blow. They grin evilly at him as they, exhausted, return to their original position beside Holybrume.

Dogura's aerial swoop isn't much successful (9+6[Roll+AGI]), as Holybrume simply floats backwards, avoidingthe samurai's attack completely, the wind originated by the slash not even reaching her...

...and right into Alpha's trap. The Sheikah sucessfully executes his own 'Diversion Duo' (16+6[Roll+AGI]), and his staff easily impacts with the Nightmare, dealing the white lady some hefty 10 DMG, besides dirtying her dress once again.

However, the Brume Angels are alerted by this fact and are enraged once again at the attempt to hurt their mother, gaining a boost in both STR and AGI. An intense fire burns inside them, as they lust for revenge. The first Brume Angel quickly dashes at Alpha and successfully headbutts the mage (12+10[Roll+AGI*]) with intense anger, followed by the second one who hits the mage from behind with a dastardly slam (19+10[Roll+AGI*]), for a total of 16 DMG. The third Brume Angel, however, doesn't move at all against the mage. Instead, it takes a deep breath and sighs, relaxing a bit. Then, i puts its hands in a prayer position, but you can be sure that it's not praying at all. Instead, a green aura starts enveloping it, and having gained complete focus, it shoots the beam at Holybrume. It was a Child's Last Call!
Child's Last Call - 0 SPL
One Brume Angel loses all of its HP, who are given to Holybrume via an energy beam.
The third Brume Angel quickly falls to the ground, having lost all of its Health, as Holybrume is recovered to her maximum health once more. At this time, all Brume Angels' status boost is reverted to normal.

OoC: Nope, it's not that easy, guys! There's a secret strategy that you gotta use for this :P)

IC:

Holybrume, loses no time in approaching the Angel that had done that sacrifice for her. Sadness and guilt probably envelop her, but she knows preety well what she must do. She once again starts to cry, activating her Tears of Sorrow. It is not long before the Angel once again opens its eyes and gets up, ready to shw them all what he can do...

...however, that time is not now, since the three Brume Angels are still far too tired to attack right now - the effects of Tri-Star are still visible in their methabolism.

Alpha's mouth flies open as not one, but two of the Brume Angels smash into him and send him flying back against the ground. His attack against Holybrume might have been successful, but as he continued to watch he realized that the Brume Angel had the ability to heal the big one! This was certainly getting them nowhere.

And so, climbing back to his feet, he attempts the wildest idea he can think of. He stands perfectly still, allowing the angels to move around as they will. Focusing his eyes, he does the unexpected: he tries to examine any and all weaknesses that Holybrume and her Angels' strategies could have. [Awareness Check]

Blank could not describe these Angels. Why was it that all enemies these days required some sort of answer to a puzzle to be defeated? Why was it that monsters such as the Octorok weren't as feared as they should be, giving way to potent manifestations such as Holybrume and her Angels. And for that matter, why was Blank just standing around wondering these things?

Frantically - and growing angry at the Brumes' revitalization capabilities - Blank dashed at the the now revived Angel, swords at the read to chop down on their target. But just as he came within range, he stopped short and stepped back three paces, letting his arms fall slack by his sides. He noticed Alpha had begun to concentrate on the four entities, scanning them over.

Physical attacks would do the trick, but the Brume Angels would only be revived immediately by the mother figure. Blank had no potent kill-them-all-at-once type magical powers, and so that was out of the question as well. All he could do was stare the Angels down, and examine them as Alpha had chosen to do. It wasn't much, and he was no scholar, but it was the best he could do at this point.

Alpha's Awareness Check proves to be unsucessful. (7+3[Roll+INT]) The Brume Angels grin mischieviously as they spin around the battlefielfd on purpose, not letting the Sheikah Mage examine them at all. Holybrume simply doesn't care at all. She just stays by a corner watching a red butterfly resting on a flower bud, with a cheerful smile on her face.

Blank's proves to be far more interesting, though (16+4[Roll+INT]), as he notices something interesting that, strangely, hadn't been seen before. On the Brume Angels' clothing three distant symbols are inscripted... One is of the Goron Ruby's symbol in the First Brume Angel, the other is also recognized as the Zora's Sapphire on the Second Brume Angel's 'dress'. Lastly, the Third Brume Angel contains the inscription for the Kokiri's Emerald. What those great Hyrulian symbols are doing on them is unknown, and even less understanding is what's their own use.

Also, it seems like that they're not the ones with strange enscriptions - Holybrume herself posesses all the three symbols on her garment, all of a black colour, quite contrasting with the whiteness of her simple garbs. But, similar to the Angels' case, the intention is also unknown, if there even is any use for them at all, or just a plain decoration...

Tayro wants to take his own chance at things too, maybe he can find something new... but fails to discover anything at all (5+6[Roll+INT]). Ans still, the strategy to defeat this enemy is unknown. Is she invincible...?- the boy thinks in despair. No attacks seem to do any harm - she just heals the effects after, and truly, it's not very pleasing.

Setze, however, looks like he's enjoying the scene. From atop the Temple, he gazes down at the battle, having a great time watching his minion, who seemed simply pathetic turn into an impressive opponent. "You can't judge a book by its cover!" - he yells down at his foes, grinning evilly at them. The truth is, Holybrume was really far harder than Tayro had expected. But, there had to be a trick.... a strategy...

He peered into his mind trying to find out what to do with these creeps. On his idea, the minions had to be eliminated first, then to aim their power on the strongest one, but how was that possible if Holybrume healed them everytime...? However, he could not stay quiet at the Fiery General's taunt either. Not after the little show he had held in the Temple. "Well, there is also more than it meets the eye, you know?!" - the boy yelled upwards at him, hoping it would reach his ears... now the Hylian only hoped that it would be true...

Alpha grimaces as he fails to ascertain any new knowledge that could help them formulate a plan. He glances over and spots both Blank and Tayro mimicking his maneuver of steady observation, and wishes them the best of luck in getting information about the creatures. His skills have gotten them nowhere, but perhaps they have inspired the ones who can tell better than he can, and that's good enough for the Sheikah.

'We need help . . . otherwise, these creatures will eventually kill us all.' The annoying fact fixes itself in his mind. He wishes that Shada, Yukie, or Koura were around - especially Koura; her Gerudo Goldforce would almost certainly turn the tides in this encounter with the beasts. But, truth be told, she probably would refuse to use it even if it was the last resort. The Goldforce, while powerful, would be fatal to both their opponents and quite possibly innocent bystanders. Once again, Alpha glances around the edges of the battlefield, baffled by why none of these bystanders have taken an interest in the fight - or more importantly, why they haven't fled as fast as possible.

Though all this attempts to weigh down his thoughts, the Sheikah hurriedly throws it off. His skills of observation might not have picked up anything about their enemies, but it did find something about their allies - Alex is being targeted way too often. The brave Zora has indeed been struck time and time again, and it is now a wonder that he is able to even stand up, let alone fight. In a flash, the hooded man moves to be right behind Alex, gripping him with glowing white hands as he arrives in this position. "Life!"

With his spell cast, Alpha turns back to the Brume Angels and Holybrume, ready to help Alex out if they attempt to attack the Zora again.

Dogura stopped his heavy breathing. He was tired of exerting all this energy, only so the angels could heal eachother. "Alright, please listen to my words." Dogura called out to his comrades. "It seems we've reached a abrrier. We need not to fight harder, rather, we need to fight smarter. While I'm thinking, we will just have to fight fire with fire." Dogura prayed blessings on Alex, for he is the weakest member at this point, and seems to need it most. "May the Favor of the Goddesses be with you Alex..."

Dogura stood up, and began using one of his most reliable tools. His mind. He began thinking about the newly discovered aspect on their clothing. Dogura thought hard back to all of the books he read on the legend. I remember little. I remember that the stones were collected in a certain order... Kokiri Emerald... Goron's ruby... Then finally, Zora's saphire... Was that the order inscribed on the books? I believe so..

Dogura communicated Telepathically with Tayro. "Tayro! Perhaps, we should try killing the brume angels in the order in which the stones were collected by the legendary hero. I know it sounds far fetched, but we dont have many options open to us. First, we'll destroy the Brume Angel with the Kokiri Emerald first. If anything out of the ordinary happens, we'll continue onto the Brume Angel garbed in the Goron's Ruby. Does it sound legit?" Dogura eagerly awaited a responce.

The white glow that emanes from Alpha's hand starts to dissipate to the winds... to gather again in a second's time around the Zora. Healing energy starts flowing in Alex's veins, normalizing his heartbeat and relaxing the brain and muscles. On the exterior, the Zora's various wounds start recovering at an incredible pace, and in quite few moments, the Zora has regained 18 Health Points, to a total of 19. Its job done, the magical white shine fades, a few small orbs of light remaining in their place, to be blown high with the winds.

But the recovery ceremony seemed far from over, as Dogura's words of wisdom in fact do reach the Goddesses' ears (14+5[Roll+INT]), and they are truly marveled by such words. Believing in second, third, and many more opportunities for all, they sent en envoy of light down to the battlefield, to shine upon Alex. Although not of Hylian descent, the Zora can still hear the Goddesses' words of appraisal, and at that same time, feels yet more energy consuming him, as the divine trinity granted him the power to continue fighting for this cause, the Ranger regaining its maximum value of health once again. As sudden as its appearance, the Holy beam once again raises to the Heavens, and the Goddesses continue their watch over the land, once again.

Such actions are not approved by the Brumes at all. Angered by what they think that's a lack of courage, they once again plot more of their trickery. The Zora's Sapphire Brume Angel, also known as the second member of the trio sneers at the warriors in front of it, and starts fading, disappearing into a complete veil of nothingness. Whatever its trick was, it was in fact concerning. Next, it is the Goron's Ruby Brume Angel (the first one), to act. In one of the creatures' renowned mad dashes, the creature straightened its flight path to collide with the Sheikah mage. At the moment that one would predict impact, the creature vanishes, just like its other brethren. And speaking of breathren, Alpha didn't have enough time to understand that he was again the target of the triplets' Diversion Duo, as the Second Brume Angel reappeared behind him and proceeded with the impact, dealing him a rather weak 4 damage.

And thus, it was the Kokiri's Emerald Brume Angel's time to attack. Focusing its eyes - who were hardly visible because its haircut parcially covered them - on Dogura, the not-so-angelic creature started flying at quite a speed towards the Samurai, who managed to dodge quite efficiently (13+4[Roll+AGI]), the Brume Angel just flying past him, before coming to a halt, and running - actually, more like floating - back to his comrades.

Tayro grins after hearing Dogura's plan. Honestly, it was the best idea he had heard so far, and anything now seemed good to him. Not posessing such mental skills, the mage apprentice shouts to his companion. "Sounds good! Let's try it!" Not wasting any more time, the Hylian gathered his magical energies residing inside him, and, with the aid of his staff, raised his staff up high, then proceeded to draw a circular pattern on air, in a clockwise manner. Inside, he drew a 5-pointed star, a pentagram, and focused the powers inside him to his staff. Then, placing his weapon exactly on the center, he released a ball of energy against the Third Brume Angel, while shouting: "Elemental Burst! Shadow!" As the magical offensive orb gained a black tone, the creature didn't have a moment to react (1+3[Roll+SPI]) and is in fact decimated by the energy.

Now, this is the time where something odd happened. Instead of falling to the floor, the Brume Angel started to actually... desintegrate itself into thin air. It seemed that Dogura's strategy was in fact sucessful - the Brume Angel had been defeated, and could not be revived! Holybrume seemed quite shocked at such, yet remained without doing any action. Her dress though, seemed to differ. The once black Kokiri Emerald symbol now started to glow of a green colour.
