What am I doing? Nogare closed eyes for a breif second. I will do this out of love, not hate... I will save you after this, uncle... It was obvious that Nogare completely ignored Denning. He held his ground. "If you want to stop him, you must stop me first!" You could see Duelblade grinning.

"I hate to do this, Nogare, please, get out of the way, or I will have to go through you. Choose your side, Nogare, are you with your friends, or this man who attacked those you knew. Are not your friends part of your family, you have spent much time with them, maybe even more than you did with your family. So, Nogare, will you help me finish this attack, or shall I stop you with your uncle?"

Nogare was wincing. He held his ground. Duelblade started to chuckle. "It appears your friend has betrayed you..." He said in a whispy voice.

"I will not leave me uncle!"

Duelblade started to laugh a little bit harder. "Fool..."

"I wont kill you Nogare, but I wont stop the attack either. Move, now."

Denning fires an elemental burst at Duelblade, trying not to hit Nogare.

Alpha leaps in front of the blast.



As the Sheikah does so, his scar glows a dark violet hue - the color it takes on whenever he opens a passage into the Void. His hands grab fist-fulls of his cape and stretches the black cloth out as he swings his arms wide, creating a large area of shadows over his body. The darkened cloth covering his chest abruptly becomes even darker as it becomes the portal into the other realm.

It costs Alpha a lot more energy than he is used to spending to maintain the portal, though, as the light from the Elemental Burst threatens to close the passage. But in the end, the entire amount of energy passes through.

Now, the Sheikah really concentrates...and his plan succeeds. A second portal opens up, allowing the Burst to return to this world - in the shadows created by Duelblade's body. The attack flies straight towards Nogare's uncle from a direction that the son of Greyblade cannot hope to block: from the ground directly beneath the man's fallen form.

heh, you morons! kasei already knows that duelblade will die, but he might've been usefull...

as denning cast his elemental burst, Sovelis steped through the warp opening down the street " What the! How did that bandit get here? I'll save the day!" he boasts as he cast polymorph on Duelblade! " Take him out now before it wears off!"

"Kasie, I have no time for your wanting to manipulate, the evil must be but down, now help, or get out of here!"

Denning waits to see if the spell is efective, or if he should try something else.

OOC: OK, guys. The reason thisx event is so dang late is because I wrote it up, which took a few hours, I submitted, and it asked me to log on. <_< OK, I'm trying this again!

IC: Alpha's blow was both cleaver and powerful. Duelblade flies back, yelling a loud curse in the infernal language. But that's when you heard the young voice of someone familiar. "Father!" cries little Rotiart. He kneels by his father, tears in his eyes. A pendant hung from his neck. "Why... You didn't let me come to him before he went mad!" The child's voice was hard to understand, since he was crying so loud. With a last breath, Duelblade said murmured something to Rotiart. "Please..." And he said something in his ear. No one could hear what he said.

Just as Duelblade died, fell to the ground with a cry of pain. He held his head with both of his hands. "Argh!" You go his side. It is then that he pushes you away, suddenly ignoring the pain in his head. "You will pay for this, Alpha!" He takes a sudden hit at Alpha! (This is going to be the only fight that I will do this in RP fighting.).

But if life were in slow motion, you could see Nogare say something, not with his voice, but with his mouth. You manage to see him say, "Mar the nek-" Before his mouth closes forcefully, and he takes a powerful blow at Alpha!

Then you remember! Blank! Someone needs to help him!

And those who did not think of Blank saw Rotiant squint his eyes, and an ovbously forced snort came from him. No tears came. He was focusing on something...

heheheheheheheheh, i'm gone! and indeed, after these events, kasei vanished....

OOC: I'm having a hard time following your post Nogare...but I think I've got the gist of it. Let's find out, shall we?

IC:
Alpha immediately falls back on the defensive. "Hey! It was the Cleric's attack too, you know!" He brings out his trusty old staff and whips his hood back over his head and his cape over his shoulders. His scar glows brightly as his thoughts finally see it...

'So it really is true...the people of the 'Order'...they understand nothing about order in this world. As long as you act the way they like...they are kind to you...but go against their wishes even once and they turn as vicious as His minions ever were...at least those devoted to Chaos do not lie about what their true nature is...'


This is his reason. This is why the Sheikah refuses to join this alignment of Order. 'Because the 'Order' they seek is selfish. They justify turning their backs on the order established by the goddesses and imposing their own deluded sense of righteousness...as they would gladly turn their backs on me, if they knew my past...'


Alpha has done what needed to be done. He has killed to protect others. He holds no regrets. And because he is now defending himself, he also holds no regrets about tearing Nogare and Rotiart to shreds.

He awaits the next attack...as a venomous look appears in his eye...

Blank was not one to let others help him. He struggled to his feet, looking around the town and fixing his gaze on the surroundings. He watched the mercenary exit the scene, but did not pay any attention the reason why. His head ached and throbbed, and he peered about for his sword, finding it not far from where he had lain unconscious. At this moment, he saw the boy known as Rotiart lash out against Alpha. This would not stand. Blank had been down for most of the battle, and could not understand why the child would act this way. He then noticed Duelblade, dead, and realized that the Battle For Ruto had drawn to a close. He watched for Alpha's response to the boy's assault, knowing that the mage would not have a problem taking the kid out. Still, he swung his sword, practising with himself to see if he was capable of battle. He was indeed, and should Rotiart's strike against Alpha prove to be a good enough reason for the nomad to jump into the fray, he would do so.

OOC: Oops. Rotiart isn't attacking. I'm a bad writter... It's only Nogare who is attacking.

IC: At this time, a few of the remaining soldiers, including you, witness Rotiart hide behind his dead father, and was making movements with his fingers, as though typing on a type writer, or manning a puppet.

But Nogare must be stopped! You go over to aid Alpha. If not, you watch, heart beating like the roll of a drum. You see pain in Nogare's eyes. Nogare is in mid air, jumping straight for Alpha, when he does something that could never be done before; and arrow was shot accurately at him, and he moved himself so his feet could land on the arrow, and he turned his new target into Blank. His speed was not fitting for a natural Hylian! Not even a Sheikah, to say the least! But even as he flies, you manage to see something fall from Nogare's face. Water... a tear...

Nogare, he must be stoped, but i must not kill him.

Denning seeing Nogare turn to aid his uncle's side, desides that Nogare is now enemy, and should be delt with accordingly.

Denning runs to where Alpha and Blank are fighting him, and charges Nogare, staff held high, and attempts to land a blow on Nogare's head.

Nogare didn't even seem to notice Denning coming. He blunted Blank, and caught Denning's staff in mid-air. How?! He didn't even hear him!

"Heheh..." you manage to hear behind you. Rotiart quickly forced a frown. The sound had come from his direction. You didn't pay attention, for Nogare threw Denning over him, causing the Cleric to land with a heavy "thud" on the hard flatland floor.

He could see Nogare struggling just before he was summning an enormous circle of power around him. "He is about to use a surround spell! The art was lost years ago!" yells one of the Hylian Knights. "The blow can be as powerful as a Bombos Medallion! It will kill the user instantly!"

You can't let him complete the spell! Stop him!
